I had a battery that bought from O'Reilly's it went bad so I went to the store in Belen . And the man I talked to said the warranty out of date . But they did not have a battery. So I had to go the store in Los Lunas and the person I talked to there said the Belen store lied and the battery was under warranty . I will never go back to the Belen store .

I went in for brakes and Dawna the manager helped me get everything i needed for job, she was super friendly even watched a video to show me how to push the pistons back in the caliper

I have ordered a 5-gallon bucket of purple powder 3 times now my coupon I was going to use has expired because when I went to pick up my product they did not have it and I had to wait longer during that wait time my coupon did expire. They only keep the product at the store for 2 or 3 days and then send it back to me this is not customer service they should hold customer ordered products at the store for at least one week or more for the customer to pick it up.

Mark and Stuart are the best!!!! These guys went above and beyond to assist us with the problem that we had. We stopped in because someone stole our license plate -NM BZWX16 if you see this plate it’s stolen!!!! Report it!!! Anyhow we stopped in to buy some screws to replace the plate and Mark and Stuart helped us find what we needed Stuart even screwed the plate on for us. Thank you Stuart!!! We will definitely be back! Great customer service from both of these men!!!

I just went in to buy me a headlight for my car for my driver side and an employee by the name of Quinn went outside to help me check if I needed a yellow bulb or clear and he actually helped fix the issue. My headlight wasn’t plugged in correctly and I tried offering him a tip and he said no. He was really sweet and helped me save money. I’m really thankful for his help. Really nice guy! Thank you again Quinn!

My Toyota motorhome broke down at the gas station next door. We asked the employees next door at O'Reilly's if we could push it over to their parking lot and they said yes. We have been stuck here for almost a week. During that time, every single employee here has been so kind and helpful. They've gone the extra mile to help us in any way they could and provided the most excellent customer service I've ever received from an auto parts store. If I could give them a million star review, I definitely would! I highly recommend visiting this location if you're in the area and need top notch service.

To the Store Manger Juan Carlos. If I could leave ZERO starts I would. I recently had a disappointing experience at O'Reilly's, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts about the store manager. During my visit, I encountered a lack of professionalism that was surprising. The manager seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I asked for assistance with a product. Instead of providing guidance, their response was dismissive, making me feel like my questions were a nuisance. Moreover, the store was disorganized, with items misplaced and shelves not properly stocked. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I expected at least an acknowledgment or an attempt to rectify the situation, but I was met with indifference. It was frustrating to see that customer service was not a priority in this store. Overall, my experience at O'Reilly's left much to be desired. A more attentive and engaged store manager could significantly improve the shopping experience and foster a more welcoming atmosphere for customers. I hope they take these concerns seriously and work on enhancing their service.

I very rarely go in here because the time's I have the worker's are so rude I had to go in last week because it's the only place I could find locally who had what I needed. But once again the worker was just so rude.. slamming thing's They need classes on how to treat there customer

Resistor went out in my old pickup. Went to 3 different stores nobody could figure out the part I needed. Came into this O'Reillys and Sammie killed it. Diagnosed the part needed to be converted, sold me the part and saved me from the brutal NM heat! Much appreciated Sammie, she will be the reason I make the trip across town to give my business too. Five stars doesn't say enough here.

Guy helping me could not locate the item I needed, looked like he was stoned out of his mind. Gave me a part, I asked him to make sure it was the right one, he told me it was a "universal" part that would fit. It didn't.

I took some brakes back that I couldn’t install because I was given the incorrect ones when they were purchased and Kecia accused me of using them. There is no way they could have been used when I was given the incorrect ones. They did not fit!

Rude service. Not very helpfull. .. my husband went today to change a radiator and there was a young man who asked him for the receipt and date and time to be able to look it up .. How is that possible?? if all your information is saved with your phone number .. So then He went to the Oreillys on Albuquerque and there they found all the info ... that young man did not want to help him or do his job well..

Bad customer service. Was in the middle of a transaction. we were talking the guy decides to pick up the phone. So instead of spending money there. Went elsewhere & Spent over $400 elsewhere. Don't go to this place waste of time. They pretend to know what they're talking about. They also never know what's going on. Not happy with this place at all. Would put zero Stars if I could.

Had some tire issues,and bought a lug-nut. But manager who drives that big ugly gmc wouldn't loan me a lug-nut wrench to tighten it. I recommend AutoZone!

I come in and want some help with my car but the man that was helping me just laughed at me for not knowing the name of my car. I keep my cool but he kept laughing. So I ask him to help me put on the wipers on my car because I wanted to learn how to put them on. He laughed at the fact that I didn't know how. As he was helping me he had to look at the instructions to know how to put them on. It made me mad that he just belittled me like that when he had to look at the instructions to do it. Very rude. I'm never coming here again...

...... Recently I needed extensive repairs into vehicles. Thousands of dollars. In the process- I needed some parts. I went other places; and then stopped in here.. The store is extremely clean-- the people are very professional-- helpful kind knowledgeable; more important, I went to 3 =dealerships-- two independent car repair places. Later I discovered, that the simple solution.. To one of the major complaints that I had-- the parts were ordered from this location; they delivered a part- or something that worked; at least two days quicker than I could've had it come from Denver. Yes I would highly recommend these place-- as a first place to stop; pleasant experience looking forward to continued continued business with them. Bruno
