At the Bernalillo NM store - Noah was very helpful: Jeep Grand Cherokee main battery and start stop battery are under right front seat and not the easiest to access. Noah had not replaced one before, was informative as he progressed and did a great job. Also, the military discount is very much appreciated

The assistant manager at this location legitimately saved us from a lot of headache. Our battery was completely shot so we had the car towed to O'Reilly and Ronald walked out, asked what was going on, then went inside to grab his tools without any kind of hesitation. Went there to buy a replacement fuel cap for my vehicle as old one was stolen. It’s an old vehicle from the 1980s and I didn’t know the exact type I needed. Knowledgable and helpful staff understood my predicament, walked out to the vehicle with me to take a look, and then selected the correct product on the first try! Thank you, Noah! We blew a serpentine belt, and our tension pulley seized on the 25. After a pit stop at another auto store, where they couldn’t locate the part, we hobbled our old Toyota over to O’Reilly’s. Noah jumped right on it. My husband explained what happened and what he suspected, and Noah had the parts on hand! They even loaned us the basic tools to get back on the road. We’re 200 miles from home, and with our dogs on board, this could have been a serious situation. Thanks to my husband’s skill and Noah’s expertise, we can head back up the long road to Colorado with confidence. Bad customer service, I had all information and proof I had a warranty for a battery and the guy that was working there wanted the actual receipt for the purchase. Yet I took my battery to a different O'Reilly location and they gave me no problem getting a replacement battery.

Scott was very knowledgeable, helpful, and wise in helping us when we stalled our Ford pickup in the O Rileys parking lot and needed to buy the parts we needed in order to get back home. Couldn't have done it without his help.

So I did, at orileys Scott meticulously inspected my battery and determined that it was indeed the culprit, not the alternator. He not only helped me find a suitable battery for my vehicle but also installed it. Scott's professionalism and dedication to his work were truly impressive. He's the most knowledgeable and experienced individual I've ever encountered at O'Reilly's. With over 10 years of service at O'Reilly's, Scott deserves recognition and appreciation. His expertise and ability to accurately diagnose and solve the issue left me extremely satisfied. I'm now a loyal customer and will return to O'Reilly's for future business, all thanks to Scott. 8-31-23 7:30pm Went in with a dead battery that needed testing. Mark greeted me as soon as I entered and was quick to help me. He put it on the machine and said it needed to be charged to get a correct reading to see if its good. Took my phone number and told me he would call with the results when it's charged. Fantastic customer service. O'Reilly's is my go to over AutoZone next door. Customer service is always on point and they always have what I need. Thanks Mark!!!

Very helpful and stocked with several battery options. Checked my battery and then later went back and then checked my alternator (just to be safe) most places will charge to do that, but these guys were awesome and helped no charge!

Attended a soccer tournament at Sandia Sports Complex when vehicle battery died, was able to get a tow via USAA insurance and the gentleman on duty was kind enough to remove and replace the dead battery with the new one. Thank you so much.

Staff is always helpful, will take you to the location of what you need if they aren't with someone else. Always a pleasure going there when I need.

These guys are great! I bought steering box hoses from them and had to wait for a delivery. None for my truck at that store.. That's ok, it took an hour, I went to lunch. I talked cars with them while I waited. We talked about the teenagers in the parking lot working on a dead Mazda car. Good parts and tools. Looks like they have a military discount. I forgot. Real nice guys.

Came to my hometown stranded from Arizona and I was getting there and round from Larry h Miller and Firestone about what was wrong with my car Eddie berto the manager was the only helpful person. He was able to diagnose my vehicle as well as helping me with my alternator. His staff member Erick was also very helpful Thank you guys for all your hard work

Customer service is good. Staff usually available to help, when you go to the counter. Otherwise, they might not see you in the isle looking confused. Still great help when you ask them, they will give you suggestions that match manufacture specs. They won't up-sell you things you don't need, but will let you know the difference. Good place.

Their sign says, "we resurface fly wheels" and they DONT Their sign says, "we carry naason auto paint" AND they DONT. I dont get it, I've even offered to take down thier signs for them. On top of this, they never seem to carry anything in stock, everything is "I can have is in 2 days if you want"
