DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
First of all this company does insurance fraud she was trying to charge $2,000 for a single car accident tow, she tried to say she had 2 trucks on scene when I have pictures of just one truck, and the tire tracks show only one truck, the photo was sent to me by the police, she then charged me 4 hours standby time when there was no wait! Then she charged me a clean up fee when they didn’t even clean anything , the officer said they had the truck out in less then 30 minutes, they lost my keys, they ripped my back bumper off which I could’ve sold off the truck so without insurance I was charged $12,50 plus $125 retow fee she is overcharging insurance companies by thousands of dollars. I have a copy of a price sheet that she abuses!
I needed a fuel delivery but they would only bring 3 gallons at a time they said on the phone. I had my insurance pay for two fuel deliveries so I could get 6 gallons. They took the payment for both than only brought me 2 gallons of gas and their driver said they are not bringing me anymore gas. Then the lady answering the phone cusses and swears at me when I call back to ask why we paid nearly $200 for 2 gallons of gas. These people will take the money and run, leave ya stranded with a newborn and two kids. Totally immortal and heartless.
I am from Oklahoma while leaving Chaco Park, we hit a root and punched a hole in my radiator, Thomas, came to get us and it was almost an 1hr n half drive for him to get to us. He drove us to Farmington NM took the car to the dealers and took us took to hotel. Then I left my spare shoes in his truck, so I called them and he brought them back to me. Thomas was my hero today. I dnt know what we would have done if he hadn't been there. THANK YOU THOMAS FOR BEING OUR HERO TODAY!
Truly the most KIND and respectful tow guy EVER. Thomas turned a bummer of a day (who the heck wants to have to get towed?) into a truly delightful experience! If everyone could be as kind and caring as Thomas during a stressful experience this world would be a better place.
The guy who answered my call was very helpful. Within 15 minutes a driver called me. Said he had a vehicle on his truck but would be here in 20 minutes. He called me later just to tell me he was about a minute away. He loaded my vehicle and really knew what he was doing. Great service. Really great price. The guy who answered said we make things as easy as possible for our clients…he wasn’t lying. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again if I needed . Professional from start to finish. We got stuck in a wash near Farmington Lake, called this company, Thomas arrived fast in less than 45min, was very professional and nice to talk to. Price was very reasonable, highly recommend.
Dishonest tow truck driver and business operation. Went against tariff and tried to charge over $800 dollars for a police impound. Tried to say the vehicle being towed was at such a steep incline and they had to use a second truck because the cables in the first truck was damaged! I have dash cam video from the sheriff’s department that proves they lied! It was a simple hookup and load job. Less than 10 minutes and only one truck was used with no damage to cables! If the local police agencies condone this type of business practice they are guilty as the tow company! Don’t worry I will be reporting to the commission and state!
They arrived on time, loaded the shed, and delivered it to the property, got it set down on preset blocks, all done professionally with zero waste of time.
They did what nobody else wanted to do!
I would very highly recommend them and they are my go to in the future!
They were quick and got my car to the dealership in no time. Their customer service was great and it was simple to do business with them. The rate for towing was better than other towers in the area.

If you have read my reviews, you know I'm honest yet firm. I can not thank the service hooked Up Towing provided during a severe breakdown. 1300 miles from Home, requiring a part to be overnighted, unexpected stay in the actually cool town of Aztec NM. Everything from the first handshake to the last was beyond reproach.. I can not thank you enough. Life can be a little crazy in the corners sometimes. It still good to know a handshake and a man's word still count! Scouts Out..... Thnx Bro..

Melony answered the phone right away and I told her my wife's situation. The transmission had blown out in my Ford Taurus. My wife had received a ride from a passerby and I was out of state. We live in Durango Co and my wife had not left a key with the car. They had a driver go to Durango and pick up the keys and then drive back to south of Bloomfield NM. They picked up my car and dropped it off at a mechanic in Aztez NM. I talked to the owner and he vouched for the mech there. All of this for a very affordable few. Top notch and I would recommend this tow service to anyone!!!!! These folks are the real deal.
When my mother's car broke down, we called Hooked Up to save our bacon. We were told it would be 45 minutes but Cody showed up in 30. He also called to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. In no time flat, the car was on his truck and headed to a mechanic of our choice. The price was very reasonable. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks again for excellent service!
