First thing first, the minute u walk in to the auto part store in the middle of NM farmlands you think u are walking in to a high end jewelry store in Beverly Hills. This store is immaculate. So clean u can have a banquet on the floor. C’mon for a parts store, that’s what i said. So it is noticeable to the commoner. It was a pleasure to talk to an employee who knew his stuff. No kid behind the screen just reading what the computer says. Plus Christian gave me a couple choices and explained why the upgrade was really worth the add’l money. Following his thought process it made perfect sense and i didn’t mind paying the extra money. I was told they were the best pads money can buy. Now that i had the entire brakes system rebuilt including rotors my G 35 stops on a dime. It’s a great feeling knowing this cuz as a daily driver I’ve had close calls before. Incredible stopping power perhaps better than new. Driving to Vado is out of my way but knowing what I know now I’ll do it again without any hesitation. So anyone needing expert advice talk to Christian and he will talk to you straight up.

I live less than 5 miles away & forget it’s there, but I’m glad I remembered & stopped in today. Not only did they have great customer service & got me what I needed I right away, Carlos Garcia went above & beyond & out of his way to help install license plate lights & headlights because I asked for help & didn’t know how to do it myself. Definitely worth the stop. They’ll take care of you & are polite & patient!

Wanted to let you know that I had a very awesome experience at your store in Vado, NM. The battery in my Equinox died yesterday and today 7/5/25 I called your store for information on a new battery. My called was answered by your associate Carlos (didn’t get his last name) but he was very, very helpful, courteous and awesome. He replaced the new battery on my vehicle, made sure that my vehicle worked…and also checked the windshield fluid which was empty and he took care of that also. Usually associates just do what you go in for and don’t ask if anything else is needed…Carlos is a very valuable employee and I’m happy that he was the one that assisted me…more employees like him are needed.
