I would recommend Timmy from Basin Towing, because when my car was stuck I called AAA. Timmy came and he was very helpful. He introduced himself, he asked about my vehicle, he checked it, hooked up the towing chain and pulled it right out. Had a work truck go down. A diesel truck at that, up in the woods. others tow companies passed up due to location or unavailability. i passed on price ! unexpected break down on a reliable truck. kinda outta the way called. first ring pick up . they beat me back to the jobsite got in got out ! and affordable definitely gonna be my first call if needed (F250 4dr 4x4 ) at least 40min from town

I was driving home to Capitan from Alamogordo on highway 58 just cruising when I heard a loud crash. I was confused because there was nothing in the roadway that I would have hit. I pulled over to investigate and found a coyote stuck in my grill and radiator fluid leaking. I was freaking out because I couldn't drive the car and was still an hour from home. My husband reached out to Basin Towing and the owner said "I have someone ready to go right now"! Timmy was the driver and he was there in no time! He saw that I was alone, crying, upset and scared so he hugged me, reminded me that it could have been worse and to be grateful I wasn't hurt and assured me that he would get me home safely. And that, he did! Timmy was very professional, kind, empathetic, sympathetic friendly! He talked to me during the drive to make sure I was calm and knew I was safe. We are now loyal Basin Towing customers and are so grateful that it was Timmy and not a grouchy tow truck driver! Timmy made a bad situation so much better! "Thank you" isn't enough! I broke down West of Alamogordo NM and called Basin Towing, the owner Devon was so nice very professional and helpful. The driver Tim was very personable, respectful and very efficient. I’m writing this review to thank the gentleman on the phone who was willing to help my husband who got stranded at a park in Alamogordo after his car battery suddenly died. We “thankfully” didn’t have to use their help, as the battery magically started again, but we really REALLY appreciate his willingness to help us in a pinch. (I’m so sorry we had to cancel right away.) We will save this number and use them again in the future if needed! Thank you so much! ?

Called Basin Towing to get a vehicle picked up on base and towed in to town. Called them at 12:50 and at 1: 15 the driver was loading my vehicle. The driver was professional and took great care of my vehicle as he was loading it. I highly recommend this towing company if the need arises.

I had trouble getting a vehicle towed to a mechanic in Ruidoso on 12-26 and 12-27. AAA ended up calling Basin Towing, 50 miles away, near Alamogordo. They were prompt and the driver, Timmy, was professional and easy to work with. This was a good experience.

Called as an emergency at 5 am and they were responsive and arrived within the hour. Timmy had amazing customer service and very kind. I would 100% recommend for service!!!

Needed a tow recently and had tried a different service, due to personally knowing someone that worked there, but after a week of getting constant excuses, and expected to just wait until they could find time, I decided to try elsewhere. Called Basin Towing & was pleasantly surprised when they said that they could have someone here in 20 mins. I happily agreed! Tim was here within minutes. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & quick. He had my car loaded and on it's way within a few minutes. I was extremely impressed!!! They have made a new customer out of me & I will definitely use again, if/when needed in the future. Highly Recommend!!!

Timmy was new to the area so he did great following me to drop off but really was up to par on his customer service. I’m an HVAC service technician and I also deal with customers. I picked up a few pointers off this guy. I would gladly pay more if that meant your drivers got more hourly. Great service

Timmy came out when my vehicle wouldn’t start and diagnosed the issue within 90 seconds. He was the second tow truck sent by AAA, but his knowledge and expertise combined with his friendly attitude had us back up and running in no time! Won’t hesitate to call Basin Towing in the future.
