Needed a 4l80e transmission they said they had one went and got it paid 750 got everything off the truck and find out the the wrong one after they called them they said they had one in Albuquerque waited about 2 days called them guy said they didn't have one and needed to come get my money back
Great experience! Would recommend! They responded in a timely manner and did exactly what they were hired to do. We would definitely use this experience again.
Unfortunately, my inner dually on my sprinter 3500 blew out and so we stopped in Carrizozo at Ortiz to get the spare put on. The man who put it on used an impact wrench to put the Lugnuts on with, but apparently forgot to torque them down because in Utah, we woke up in the morning one of the lug nuts was gone and two more were loose! it would’ve been a very bad situation had that tire and wheel come off and injured someone while doing 65 down the freeway!!
Due to a power outage, they couldn't fix my leaking tire, but they subbed in the spare quickly to get me back on the road, and only charged me 20 bucks--which I felt was a bargain under the circumstances. (I had given them the go-ahead to do the work without even mentioning price, which gave them an easy opportunity to gouge if they were so inclined, but I don't think the concept even crossed their mind.)
