David, who usually answers the phone is always quick to offer advice even when you can tell he’s busy. He knows his stock and his vehicles models that match what you’re looking for, always have tried to do business with them if they had the parts I needed. For a small town salvage yard they are outstanding and the price is usually way cheaper than places like Seminole and Roswell.
Pretty knowledgeable on cars, car parts, and their workings. Very good on prices and gives good customer service. I have been here plenty of time with friends and family and myself to get parts.
Found tail gate for my Ford 350 at a very reasonable price and in excellent condition, they even went out of their way to send me a picture as I had to drive from Carlsbad to their site. And, to top it off they installed it at no extra charge, so, I received more than I was expecting. Don't know what these low stars reviews are talking about, I received great customer service from Dave and John and would highly recommend their service.
Customer service was terrible they didn’t even let us look at the salvage yard! It took them like 10 mins to even notice us and said only 1 person at a time in the junk yard. Yet while we were waiting he let another guy go in? We couldn’t even go in and look
Tried to go in and look around for the first time checking out the place and he wouldn’t let me. Customer service was very bad. He seemed very rude to others while I was in there. Would NOT recommend going to this place at all.
Terrible customer service!!!! Would not let us look at the actual cars, they were asking for specific vehicles and parts and argued about the parts we needed.
Called asking for some parts guy who answered didn’t want to help. I was talking about other vehicles that could have what I needed when he just said no and just hung up. Wouldn’t use them unless I absolutely had to.
Jerry's Auto a great place to find used parts are always real polite and they help you get to part if you can get it yourself that's one thing I do respect about Jerry's I will always go there no matter what
Bad parts place worst prices went there asking for a used stereo for a 99 expedition, guy was telling me that dealer sells it for $700.00 and he was selling it for $70.00 and that it might not even work... my thoughts if you think it might not work and I was gonna be the one to remove it I would understand the price range from $30.00 to $40.00 for a used OEM stereo so I just walked away and thanked the man...Ripoff wish I can give 0 stars
Very rude , very disrespectful . Very rasist . Came looking for a part because my car was stuck on the side of the road and was told “well if you are in such a hurry , we can’t help you “. Only because I was not allowed to go out there and get the part myself , a parts guy had to get it for me
