Our insurance used this company, and they were extremely helpful. We had a flat tire about 30 minutes south on the highway around 3pm and they were out to get us within an hour of the time they were contacted. They even had room to take all 5 of us to the hotel, as we had no way to get there since ride-sharing apps won't pickup out that far. We had to wait for a friend to bring a tire from over 2 hours away, since there were none in the size we needed. They kept the vehicle safe and mounted the tire for us when our friends got there. Didn't even charge to mount it!

We were stuck on I-40 eastbound with a flat tire on our travel trailer. Semis and others speeding by... it wasn't a great situation to be in (of course, it was a flat on the driver's side) and we weren't able to get our spare tire off. Called AAA and they partnered with TNT Towing. They came out in 45min and helped us swapped tires. We were back on the road in no time! Thank you so much!

Recently I was traveling from Texas to Washington and started experiencing car problems. The folks were out on a service call but after about 20 minutes or so they showed up at the shop and took a look at my car. They asked a bunch of questions and then took the car for a short test drive in an attempt to recreate the issues I had experienced. They assured me that the issues had worked themselves out and it was most likely a case of fueling with regular gasoline versus premium. They were right and I made it safely without any other problems. Huge shout-out to the dynamic duo for their great service. Thank you so much for your time and attention.
A+++ service. We were broke down in our tractor trailer in the middle of the NM desert on a small 2 lane highway. We had came over a hill and hit a strap of some sort on the roa it wrapped around our drive shaft and tore out all the air and electrical lines to the tractor.
We were stuck couldn't move an inch. We called TNT TOWING SERVICES and Thomas the owner answered the call. He immediately came to our rescue. He knew exactly what needed to be done to tow us safely 100 miles to Albuquerque to a repair shop. We were unfamiliar with the shops in the area so Thomas made a call to one of his personal repair shops friends and got us an appointment immediately the next morning. It was a long but very pleasant tow.

Update a year and a half later our Tractor still in Albuquerque awaiting parts. Sad situation 😢
It was late in the day when our truck & house trailer died on Ry 54 - a very high speed highway. We are in our late 70s and had just drive back from PA to NM. Good Sam was hopeless so I called this TNT towing. They were there within 30 minutes, loaded our truck and towed our trailer 200 miles to our home. WHAT OTHER TOW COMPANY WOULD DO THAT??? The driver, Esau, is a remarkable, sharp and very impressive man. A+++++
$150 for 2 gallons of gas with a 45 minute wait after multiple calls to get an answer at all. The clearly inexperienced driver tried to pry his way past safety features because they don't bother to buy a can with the magnet to open newer model car's gas tanks. Like last 10 years models. They tell you the price first but not the fact that they only take cash and only give 2 gallons. Planning a trip west? Bring a 20 dollar can with 6 dollars of gas. They drive less than 30 miles round trip, by the way.
Excellent service when our motorhome broke down on I-40 in New Mexico. Coach-Net arranged our tow, but TNT were great with keeping us informed on ETA. It was a very stressful time for us, but his knowledge and professionalism made us feel much better and I felt we were in good hands.
When we were finally able to connect after poor service from Good Sam and AAA, they did a wonderful job to help withmy RV. Tony and his son were knowledgeable and so patient. It is a very busy business and I can why with the service I got. Thank you!!
Excellent service! My fuel pump quit working south of Vaughn on hiway 54. Thomas arrived quickly and towed me to Santa Rosa. He called his list of trusted mechanics until he found one that could service my truck right away. Took me to a motel. His service is the best.
We were stranded on the side of the road for over 4 hours in a rental car that broke down. Thomas (the owner) was great with his communication and finding us and then drove us and the car over 2 hours to the nearest car rental location. He was very professional and we really appreciated his assistance.
TNT Towing took care of our family today. We were stuck on the side of I-40 in New Mexico, hauling a 35' camper. Our GMC Sierra 2500 started giving us issues and needed to be towed to the nearest GM dealer. I was in panic mode because we are 800+ miles from home. The owner took care of us though. He assured me he could get us towed back to Moriarty and then showed up within the hour to tow the truck. My husband and son rode back with him while I waited for travel partners to come pick the rest of us up. My ten year old son told me that "that guy was really nice, we talked about hoverboards!". Overall they made a very stressful day a little bit easier on us. Great professional service. I highly recommend.
We were in a 45 foot Motorhome 57k pounds. T and T called us back promptly and arrived within 30 minutes. They took their time and got us loaded and took us into Albuquerque. He has the equipment to handle the largest motor coaches and buses. We were so impressed. He made sure we had transportation to a hotel. This was not an easy tow job and he never flinched handling it. We were very impressed. 5 stars all the way
These guys were great. They came and picked me up within 20 minutes. The gentleman was extremely courteous and professional. They carted myself and vehicle all the way to Roswell without any complaints. I appreciate their customer service and would highly recommend them.
We were stranded going from Texas to California still 12 hour-drive away from home. My truck broke down and to complicate matters further I was hauling a 32 foot stock trailer with it. I also had my 3 kids and 2 puppies as my passengers. Thomas from TNT Towing, not only came to the rescue ASAP and was able to tow my truck and my trailer, but he went way above and beyond his duties to make sure my kids and I, and our puppies got well situated and safe. He recommended one of the best mechanics in town and even checked on us later to make sure we were doing good. I can’t say enough great things about him and his company. What an example of someone not just doing their job skillfully a 100%, but doing it with CARE for other people- yes, even strangers like us... I am so grateful ... Thomas and TNT Towing were God sent! What a real life superhero....
Thomas saved our butts. We blew a tire in the middle of nowhere (my opinion from a city boy from Ca). He came quickly, changed our abnormal tire and was very concerned about us getting out safely. It’s also Memorial Day, so his help was extra appreciated.
Just left Roswell when we had a flat. TNT came and put on the spare. We tow a 42' fifth wheel. Spent the night in Vaughn and went the next morning to the shop for the tire repair. The tire was fine but the rim was cracked. Thomas drove my husband 100 miles to pick up new rims and then installed them. We were back on the road at the end of the day. I don't know what we would have done without Thomas' help. Great guy! Superior service.
