I have been waiting for rroadside service from Avis. This company was the provider assigned to bring me fuel. They made me wait almost 2 hours and just before the end of the scheduled time, they called to cancel because of "emergency" towing duties. The tow driver had literally just passed by my location 30 seconds before they called to cancel.
Told me to call Santa Rosa as it was “closer” to me. I stated that according to my location in google maps that he was the closest towing service to me being 15 minutes out from us. Would not recommend.
Had a Airstream tire blow 10 miles down the road off I-40. From US 66 Towing, Progressive sent tow truck, then we reThe gentleman that operates the store was super nice, very polite and took care of our needs. Small family owned place that deserves business, the nearest shop was another 30 miles away.

Rather than send out a wrecker to pick us up, they diagnosed our problem over the phone and someone was out to fix it quickly(on a Saturday evening)! It's nice to see someone that's truly there to help people! I very highly recommend them! Thanks again y'all!
