I would like to take the time to thank Benny my tow truck driver. I was directed to this company through my AAA and am so glad for it. Benny picked me up on the side of the highway 40 miles away from home. It was late at night and my car just died Benny made the ride home go by with his pleasant conversation. He also arrived very quickly considering I was in the middle of nowhere. Thanks Benny bless you and yours.
They do great things for fleet or personal vehicles. The service is excellent and friendly. I’ve looked in to the products that they recommend and from what I can tell Junior will not steer you wrong.
Had em dispatched threw AAA and couldn't get a response when I called numerous times trying to get them out here myself just as an outright customer and AAA couldn't get in further contact with them after the initial dispatch. Not sure how their actual services are but very poor communication! Waited hours and nothing! Seems like a pos company or management atleast.
Thank you JBS Towing for sending Jesus the tow truck operator.. His towtruck was clean, he was very profesional over phone and knowledgeable on operating the towtruck and securing the vehicle.. Oh and the Dispatcher Laura was very helpful... JBS Towing and Staff are real pros at what they do.

Traveling from California, we had a tire blowout about 35 miles to our Hotel at El Paso at about 4:30 in the afternoon on a cold day. A lady named Candy Vriano arrived. Surprise, she was very skilled. I’m kind of embarrassed to have a lady help me with my tire problem. We’re trying to make it to Discount tires where I bought the tires from back home, but didn’t make it in time of their 6:00PM closing. So Candy towed our car to our hotel then replaced the bad tire with our spare. We’ll just have to have the tire fixed the next morning. Awesome lady. Great job well done.
Candy is incredible. Really went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of. She came and picked us up extremely quickly even though we called for a tow in the middle of the night. She was super friendly and made sure we were alright. Candy turned a really stressful situation into a managable situation and was super nice and humble about the whole thing. If you are in a bind, Candy and the rest of the team at JBS Towing and Recovery should be your first choice. I really can't express how grateful I am. Thank you Candy!

Candy is one of your best choices for a tow truck driver, I had a problem with my truck it was leaking gas I was stuck at Walmart on Woodrowbean, I called u guys for a tow , got a good price for the tow and the wait time was reasonable, candy showed up and got my truck on the flatbed in no time flat and to my house safely
The towing company was JBS Towing & Recovery located in Chaparral, NM. The tow truck driver and Tech was Candy. We live at the ranch headquarters outside of the city limits in Las Cruces, NM. Approximate distance from Chaparral is 46+ miles on the freeway then another 15 miles on dirt roads, railroad crossings and cattleguards to get to the HQ. It's pitch black out here. Once the vehicle headlights from the freeway are out of sight you're alone in the dark on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. For 15 miles. Candy called to confirm our address and directions. I was totally worried they were sending a woman. Things have happened on that long dirt road. I was worried she would not be able to deal with the heavy tires we have to have on our vehicles. Candy called as agreed when she got to the railroad tracks. 2 phone calls, that's it. The next time we heard from here was about 15 minutes later as she was crossing over the cattleguard at the HQ. My husband and a ranch hand were still at the vehicle in the dark with flashlights. They'd tried for almost 2 hours to free up the cable with the spare to no avail. it was very cold and dark. She spent 15 minutes under the car. She took the weight of that heavy tire and didn't blink once. She released and unraveled the cable. You could have knocked me over with a feather! Cool head, totally professional and absolutely qualified in every way. She should be Tow Truck Driver of the Year. Taught me a lesson - never underestimate the power of a woman! Fixed our problem and drove off into the night. Bless her in every way! What a woman! I feel grateful and inspired by her professionalism. THANK YOU CANDY. We had a tire popped and our spare tire was flat also. The tow truck driver (Mr. Henry) was friendly and made sure our vehicle was towed to the destination safely and on time. We will recommend JBS Towing service, to friends and family.
Candy is the tow truck driver. She did an awesome job!! Very professional and thorough with the loading chaining and unloading of my truck. Awesome job Candy. She did a fantastic job!!
My car refused to start on one of those 100° Las Cruces days, so I called AAA and requested towing. They sent a truck and, to my delight, it was a woman who hopped out of the tow truck. Candy! She is FANTASTIC! It was a really tricky spot, tight and surrounded by cars (an Albertson's parking lot) and plenty of folks stopped to watch the show. But, hot as it was, Candy was calm and collected as she maneuvered my car into her truck. One woman who was watching took Candy aside to tell her what a great job she was doing.
JBS better hold onto Candy. They should let any women who need towing know that there is the option to have a woman tow them. I know a LOT of women would prefer that. I know I do. Especially when it is a woman as capable, professional, and personable as Candy.

Today my car’s engine had a catastrophic failure about 30 min north of El Paso. Needless to say, I needed help getting to a friend’s house. They quickly brought over a low-profile ramp for my BRZ and didn’t try to trick me into taking to their lot to accumulate storage fees. Laura was very pleasant to talk to on the phone and got me squared away. Jesse came and did a great job towing my car and will specifically ask for him in the future, God forbid I need this kind of help again. Price was also reasonable as well. Good job guys!
