My husband was on his way to work and he was 141 miles from his destination, when the radiator developed a hole and busted , he was stranded in ft sumner New Mexico which is the middle of no where , we called this company to come tow him the rest of the way , the vehicle was a 2004 Chevy suburban, this guy was kind but not a good person , I didn’t take time to research prices because my husband was stranded and I was in a panic to find help but after finding out what I did , I’m blown away what people will do when people are in need of help , he charged us over 1300$ and said he was giving us a good price when in fact he charged us double not to mention when he got to my husbands destination he didn’t park right and bottomed out our vehicle taking it off the trailer so unprofessional , and we aren’t rich , we live pay check to paycheck and have babies , and I hope by me putting this review he doesn’t do it to someone else and he learns that is not the way to be , right is right and wrong is wrong and what you chose to charge us was wrong ! Here are the picks of what I found out and how much should have been charged !
Alex was so helpful, professional and kind. We had a blow out 13 miles west of Fort Sumner. He got these two old people back on the road. Great service. Thanks Alex, you are a blessing.
A&J Towing were the only towing company willing to come get my husband and I unstuck in the snow. All of the other surrounding companies told us they could not help us. 911 included as we were stuck with our 2 year old for over 12 hours in our truck. They worked so hard to get to us and get us out of the snow! We are so grateful for them as we probably would have been stuck for another day.
I’m going to tell you my husband hit a sign and this young man who owns this company is the sweetest man and he has more compassion for his customers! He is my god sent.
My car was towed to this location after it was totaled. When the insurance company came to retrieve it, they were unable to locate it. The individual in charge failed to respond to their calls or mine, leading to a huge increase in storage fees.
Alex from A&J Towing and Recovery was able to respond quickly to me call at 7:30pm on a Friday night, and was able to find a tire and get me back on the road by 8:30pm. Despite the challenging circumstances and the after-hours service, Alex provided excellent customer service and was able to do so at a fair and reasonable price, which is a testament to the professionalism and dedication of A&J Towing and Recovery.
Alex from A&J Towing was amazing and super friendly. He took us to the repair shop, waited for us to check our car in, and gave us a ride to a hotel, since we were stuck in town until our car got fixed.
Alex is a super wonderful person, not only did he help tow my husband’s truck but he also took the extra mile to make sure we got where we needed to go afterwards. Super genuine person.
Alternator went out on a very cold Dec. Friday night on the I40 outside of Santa Rosa. None of the other tow companies could find us. Not only did Alex find us, he was able to repair our car by noon the next day and got us back on the road. Alex did a great job and went above and beyond to help us.
Car broke down on 60 between Melrose and Fort Sumner at 8 pm on a Saturday. I called and was able to get towed to Fort Sumner for the night. First thing in the morning Alex helped me get the part I needed and installed it for me and by noon the next day I was back on the road. All this was done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend using A&J for any towing/vehicle recovery.
Alex from a & j towing was a guardian angel. On Christmas eve my son broke down between ft sumner and Santa rosa. The insurance company told my son that this tow company was coming for him. When Alex came on Christmas eve mind you he got my sons car towed to his garage and the took them all the way to clovis to stay with family. Alex picked up the alternator that was needed in clovis and told my son he would fix it Sunday the day after Christmas. Christmas day my son got a call that Alex had fixed the car he could come pick it up. On Christmas day!! What a blessing and what a guardian angel. Thank you Alex. You are a hero in my eyes!
Was stuck on the side of the road with a blowout everyone we called wanted so much money it put me in a state of panic . Called here they was very friendly,quick and put my mind a easy will definitely recommend and use and thank you so much
He aired up our spare tire. He was very professional. He changes the spare tire to the back so we wouldn’t have the spare on the front wheel drive steering. Great personality, would highly recommend.
