The front desk staff were ok. But we almost got bit by the dog they have in yard when we were trying to get our belongings from our vehicle that was in accident. They need to restrain the dogs when the have customers. They told us he is friendly but he came at us like he was going to bite i had to jump in trunk of one of the wrecked cars.

Found me on the side of the road which is a positive in their favor, but took forever and gave me the run around when it came to repairing my truck.

They do tow ..honestly they have messed up a few cars of friends and family of mine but its better towed safer for the roads

Never called me back after they said they will. They did gave me a quote but never showed up after they said they will. Did tried another time just in case but still no luck.

Never used them but heard good things about it
