One of the drivers on 01/23/2025 @ 9:15 pm in aztec was break checking and turn his reverse spot lights on me. I couldn't see. And he was acting like child driving. I hope this gets settled. Don't do businesses with company's like this. This driver is a absolute joke. P.O.S.

Had a company vehicle break down in Newcomb and needed it towed to Farmington. They did get back with the vehicle a little later than I anticipated, but it was within a reasonable timeframe. They got it towed to my office but there was a parade going on and they couldn't drop it off because there were no parking spots available. They kept it overnight in their yard and brought it in the morning. Friendly, helpful, and prompt. Hopefully I don't need a tow again any time soon, but I'll call them again if I do.

They picked up my vehicle but didn't drop it off. I'll admit I didn't know I gave the body shop address instead of the repair shop. But TopGun didn't tell me they didn't drop it off. They just took my truck! And they won't drop it off to the correct address until they're paid a second time. So now I don't have my truck and it's not at the mechanic. This isn't 1 star because a year ago I used their service and they were great! I don't know what happened since then.

Although it was 7 months ago, the young man did half the job. Left me stranded. Took $50 and refused to provide a receipt. The only time he did anything fast was running off with the money. I had to pay a Good Samaritan $30 for a jump start after I found an auto part store that sold jumper cables. All the good reviews were probably the owners writing their own.

Man I can’t even begin to share the amount of gratitude I have for this tow service. They picked me and my 3 kids up. Were firstly concerned with our safety and went completely above and beyond.

Preston was amazing came quick to get from side of road and also told me a better location to where I should drop truck definitely went above and beyond much Appreciated

If there is more than 5 stars, I would rate this as 10/5. Got stuck in the sand overnight. Called almost everyone I could think of… AAA and my car dealer roadside assistance but they don’t sevice the area I’m in. I had to call roadside assistance companies nearby but my call was either directed to voicemail or they’re not ringing at all and the one who received my call was a towing company 3 hours away and they wanted a deposit of 1k plus before they even deploy a truck for me. I was in dire need of help so I kept looking until I lost hope and decided to call it a night. I called Top Gun Tow first thing and the person who received my call did not ask for a deposit or something like that despite the fact that they’re 2-3 hrs away from me as well. He asked for my my situation and told me they’re on their way.

GREAT experience!! We needed a broken down car towed to the house and I immediately noticed Top Gun with awesome ratings online. They were fast, professional, friendly and the price was right!

I consider a blessing to have been told by Edward at TOPGUN tow truck. He came within 45 minutes when the insurance had told me they will come within 60 to 90 minutes. It was a relief because we were stranded In the middle of Highway 40 on an hot summer afternoon. He went beyond his duty , offering to look under the hood of my car which I gladly accepted. A lot of gasoline was poured on the road. He made me the best recommendation for a repair shop and towed us there. They took great care of my car and I was able to continue on my way to California within three hours! I had feared the worst, but it turned out to be less complex! Thank God and hank you Edward.

Truck started acting funny not letting me excellerate. Pulled off into a speedway gas station. Called dispatch to send help. Preston from top gun shows up with a Kenworth big rig wrecker. This driver is off the hook. You need clone my guy and make 100 more just like him. He was awesome. He rigged up the truck and had it in the air, we were down the road. Bloomfield to Albuquerque. I had a flat on a loaner car that I was unfamiliar with and was out of town, so called AAA and they sent Top Gun Tow to assist me. The driver, Brett, was there within 15 minutes of the call and had the flat changed within another 15 minutes. Brett was confident, courteous and a joy to visit with. Very pleased with the service I received and would absolutely recommend this company!

Much needed RV (40 ft diesel) tow in sleet and rain at night for 40 miles. Preston was very professional and made the situation not so bad after all. A failed stainless steel hose clamp replaced and back on the road the next day. BTW, you were my third company I talked with. The rest failed as far as emergency service is concerned. Thanks again.

Top Gun Towing and their outstanding truck operator, Ricky, provided exemplary service today when we were stranded due to a double tire blowout on our vehicle near Gallup New Mexico. Fast, courteous and professional service during a very stressful time. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need a tow truck and I highly recommend them to anyone who does.

Best service &’ the pricing was amazing. Was stuck in the middle of no where calling other company’s with no luck. The ones that answered wouldn’t help due to my car being low but Sean at Top Gun helped tow my car with no problem got me to my destination Would recommend 10/10

Our Towing experience with Top Gun was great! Ricky was kind, courteous, very professional and towed us home safely. Their assistance was timely and greatly appreciated.

I got myself stuck in the desert. They came and got me out. From first call to rescue was about an hour and a half and a little over $200. All in all it was a good experience with a very friendly and helpful driver. I should have taken a more active role in the recovery as I think we could have gotten a better angle on the truck and avoided some tire issues I had from the pull. Everything is resolved now. I guess the fact that I know so much about desert recovery doesn't really speak well of my driving abilities. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend.

AT 4:30 PM Sept 7, 2023 I was stranded with a camper problem along the roadside about 30 miles south of Shiprock.. By 7:30 GOOD SAM COULD NOT FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING!!!!!!!!!!! I called AAA and AAA contacted Top Gun sometime around 8-8:30 PM. The tow truck arrived about 10PM and got me into Farmington at midnight. The driver (Harlan??? I think) was very professional, personable and efficient. AAA and Top Gun kept me from spending the night on the roadside in the desert...Thanks, Top Gun Joe Miller

We had a wonderful experience with Top Gun Towing today. Our towing membership gave us some trouble but the driver Diego was patient and the manager called me to be sure all was good afterwards. They were professional and so kind!

We were advised that the 15 minute tow was going to cost over $350 once the vehicle was dropped off and I was advised that it was going to cost MORE due to my car being 4x4 and heavy. I had 5 children with me n on the side of the road and another company recommended them as it was new. They use the same equipment and truck regardless of vehicle, I feel like I was robbed because I was told we can help you and then told the huge price after One star because they actually picked us up and one more star for the young guy helping us out and his demeanor

Used this company through my extended warranty when rock put hole in my radiator and the more local company wanted to leave me stranded until after 9 am on Monday with a vehicle full of dogs with no eating establishments, bathrooms, shade, or air conditioning. This company sent a truck over 40 miles on Mother’s Day to come get the vehicle, dogs, and I (I was traveling with a vehicle full of show dogs). The driver was very professional and had no issue with the dogs. I would absolutely use this service again. I do travel 550 quite a bit and they will be my first recommendation to my ins if stranded again.

I had to blow out there to change my tire I had to wait a little while for them to get there but Preston was very professional very pretty as very helpful great people

My car was placed on a repossession and the repo company dropped the contract. These guys saw my vehicle parked and seats missing and tracked us down to make sure we were OK. 100% grateful for their care and effort!! I will be referring any future towing needs to them!!

1/22/23. Had the pleasure of meeting Justin from Top Gun Towing. I cannot thank him enough for his professional service and kindness. In our time of need, he came to our rescue when the temp dropped to 28 degrees, we were waiting on the towing truck to arrive. He showed up and made sure we were all ok. He even gave us his jacket since we were soo cold. He also offered us assistance to stay in a motel until we made arrangements to get to our residence in AZ. Thank you Justin for taking time to make sure we were ok. That made or situation a bit more comfortable. Good Job! I do recommend Top Gun for all your towing needs. Spoke to the officer Sean, very nice and friendly.
