Damien at ABQ Wreckers was incredibly responsive and professional. He quickly answered our call to tow an attended car (flat tire, no spare) from north of Cuba to Santa Fe. Throughout the process, he stayed communicative, sharing his location on Google maps and keeping us updated. He was flexible with the challenges of both loading the car and later unloading it at the dealership, even when all gates were locked. Best tow company I’ve ever used, I was told they would arrive within 45 minutes (knowing I was in an unsafe location) went above and beyond to ensure my safety and showed up in 15 minutes. Damien showed up promptly and was very professional. He took care of my car like it was his own when loading and unloading. For as low as it was he had absolutely no incidents which made me very happy. Price was great and the service was even better. Hopefully I don’t have to use towing services anytime soon, but if I do I will absolutely go with Damien again and recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

My son’s dirtbike had him stranded. We didnt have to wait long for his arrival. Damien tempted to put the chain back on the dirt bike. With small hope for my son it didn’t work. Damien brought the bike to our house and his job was done. But he went above that and was teaching my son how to put the chain back on and what tools to use. You see this isn’t a just a business doing business only. This is a family business teaching young boys a skill. This is customer service at its highest level. My son was great full and as for me, the mom, I know my son got home before dark and one less worry for me.
