All Pro Towing and Recovery is exactly that. 100% professional. I called them desperate on a Friday night to recover my Jeep from the one of Big I exchange ramps. One lane, heavy traffic. Carlos was on his way before I could text the delivery address. Quickly recovered the Jeep which was locked in park and delivered to my home without me being at the pick up or delivery site. He maneuvered his rig and wiggled the Jeep off perfectly into the driveway. Extremely fast, friendly, professional and courteous. Thank you Carlos and All Pro, highly recommend.
Joe and his team are the best in the city. I called for a tow and they showed up right away no wait time. His workers are very professional with loading the car using blocks and microfiber towels so nothing get scratched or damaged. Thank you for the great customer service!
These guys are AMAZING! They have saved my business 3 times by getting a stuck forklift out which is no joke. Every time they showed up super quickly. They were professional and dedicated to what seemed to me, to be an impossible task, not to them though. Helped ease my growing anxiety, cause I was about to freak out. Freeing a stuck forklift is not a job amateurs. They saved us in so many ways and I highly recommend them!

Literally no words can explain the genuineness and kindness this company is. I happened to lock my keys in my car today, and by the grace of God, All Pro Towings employees, Lonni & Carlos were there at the gas station I happened to be at. Lonni was quick to call the owner Joe, to ask if he can help me out with a slim Jim because I didn’t have a spare key or anyone else to call. They really saved so much time, & I didn’t have any money, they did it from the genuine kindness of their hearts. Joe did not have to go out of his way for me but he did it and opened my door immediately when he got there. Wish I could give better than 5 stars, outstanding service from the moment I called. I got into an accident and needed my car towed. Tino & Lonnie were such great help and arrived within 15 minutes of my initial call to the dispatcher, they even gave me a ride home. Will 10/10 recommend them. Don't hesitate to call! I also found out they participate in Christmas Parades and give candy out to the kids, which is amazing! I love that they are also part of the community!
Called on a busy Sunday afternoon and the dispatcher let me know of approximate time. I was told it could be 1.5 hour wait for a tow. Joe showed up at about one hour very professional and quick. He treated my low clearance 300ZX like it was his own. Got me home fast and helped push my car into the driveway. Will absolutely recommend All Pro Towing to all my friends.
It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They did a awesome job loading and unloading my mercedes s550 that was slammed on the ground due to the air ride suspension malfunctioning. So I would definitely say that I would use this company again if needed.

My tire completely busted and Leo (manager) provided above and beyond service like I’ve never seen. Drove 30 miles out of town on a Friday night when no one else would. On top of that he offered to keep my truck at his shop for me where it’s safe because I had a lot of valuables in my vehicle and my hotel wasn’t in the best part of town. Plain awesome service! My truck broke down on the evening before Thanksgiving 2022 and these guys showed up in less than an hour and I was in Bernalillo. The tech that showed up was a pleasure to deal with and I felt like they really cared about my situation. In no time we were heading down the road and my problem was almost over! Short wait time. The operator was courteous and professional. He did a clean 4 point hook up and drop off. I rode with operator to drop off site and the rig was neat and clean inside and out. Admin provided great customer service and followed up with needed paperwork. I strongly recommend their service.

They were responsive; the guy who took my information was upbeat and professional. The driver called me 20 minutes prior to towing so I could meet him as requested. The driver was helpful. He went out of his way to tow the vehicle. It was quite a process. He communicated well with me which was helpful as this was my first experience using any tow service. To top it off, it was affordable. Who wouldn't want professional, timely, and affordable towing service?
Best tow service I have ever had. Being alone in Albuquerque this team was the best. Not only fast (within an hour) but also safe and secure. They communicated the entire time with progress therefore no wondering when to expect them. I would highly recommend this tow truck service over any other.

I was towed by the owner of this company, Joe. A 30 minute drive turned into hours due to road closures and traffic. The Joe never complained or became irritated. He was professional and friendly. As a woman, being by myself, I never felt awkward or afraid. I highly recommend this company every time. He got to me in less than 30 minutes. It’s pretty stressful when you have to get your car towed, we have a super narrow driveway and gate so I was extra worried. Victor showed up and carefully , happily and professionally got my large Honda Pilot out of our very narrow driveway with no issues. It was a huge relief! He was so nice, he even raked the crusher fines back that were moved due to the tow. I highly recommend this company!
I called at 1:00pm to schedule a tow. The gentleman while answering the phone was professional and Courteous, he gave me an estimate for my tow and stated the driver would be arriving before 4 (my requested time) the driver called me at 3:40 and stated he was moments away. While hooking up my town the gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) was very friendly. I was stuck on the interstate at 6 AM and while all others were closed or not answering their phone. This place not only answered but wait time was minimal. I was shocked at the very reasonable price of the tow. I loved what he said, "I'm not trying to get rich, just trying to help." That won my business for life! Like an uncle came to my rescue! First I blow a tire on I-25. I get over without any farther problems. I call All Pro Towing before I get out to see my tire in shreads. Being new to Albq, I try my best to tell them where I am located but I'm sure it was way too broad of a description. They drive called me when he was close. Once there he gets my car right up on the tow truck and were off. He cranks the heat for me, even though he needs to roll his window down. I choose a tire shop close but it's down town and their are a bunch of shady people hanging around. This is when the protective uncle persona pops up. He has me talk to the tire guy and to see if I want to stay there. When I say it's good he drops the car off. And then in the most protective way, he lingers getting the paperwork out and filled out. I could tell he wasn't about to leave me there in a potential dangerous situation. One of the most carring guys I've come across! Just the kind of hero you need in a bad situation!
