I was on vacation driving through New Mexico. My car died on me didn’t know what was wrong. I called Shelps Towing and had to wait for 4 hours. Tried calling back multiple times but no response. Finally I called another towing company and they came to my rescue in 30 minutes. Who ever runs this towing company is not reliable, unprofessional and definitely wasted my time and money.
He told me he would be here in 15 minutes, a half hour later I called him and he said it would be five more minutes. I ended up calling him back five more times over the course of two hours and he never showed up. I do not recommend this service.
Disappointing experience. I waited over 4½ hours for a tow that was originally estimated to arrive much sooner and never arrived. I understand delays can happen, but there was very little communication during that time. A Realistic timeframe would have made a big difference or just simply rejecting the request would be good.
He provided excellent service was very fast to getting to me and went above and beyond to try to help me! The man who helped me deserves a raise! Thank you Lawrence!
He was amazing and very helpful. He heard that we were going to get coffee and he by change had an extra drink from the place we were going to go to and offered it to us. It was yummy. I would recommend by name 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!
Lawrence was very communicative and very pleasant to work with. He arrived at the time he said he would, let me know when he dropped it off and with whom. It was good pricing. I recommend using this company. It is trustworthy and they take care of your car while in their care.
These guys did what I thought was impossible. The Mortal Combat Brothers pulled my car hauler semi out of a bad situation. These guys were professional, polite, and prompt. Excellent service. Professional employees. I got my tow within the hour that I called for and had no problems at all. Also received a text when my vehicle was dropped off at its destination. If I ever need a tow again, I will be using this company.
Long story short - There was a mixup with my vehicle keys. The Owner, Lawrence, went above and beyond to hunt down the fob and deliver it to the collision shop. I'm very impressed with the solid service and follow-through!
Owner was extremely helpful in all areas from payment to getting my sons truck started and rolling. Nice to see a young couple with 2 little ones running a successful business and still down to earth providing great customer care and service. THANK YOU Shelp's Towing
Quickest tow I’ve ever gotten! I’m used to waiting hours for triple A to get a tow to me, but Shelps was there within 30-40 minutes. Thank you so much!
We tried for two days to get towing service through Verizon Road Side Assistance, and finally Shelp Towing came to the rescue. Very friendly, extremely helpful, and communicated with us. We would be happy to use their service again.
