AAA sent this tow service to help my mom and I get her car towed home. Sergio was a great help, was quick and professional. Because of the great service, the situation didn’t seem stressful at all. Thank you Sergio! I will call them again if needed because I know I can trust their services.
My husband had to be towed from Albuquerque all the way to Bosque NM, during the ride he left his phone in the tow truck. They were able to find and return to us almost immediately. Very nice people to work with, I would recommendthem to anyone who will listen.
Extremely dangerous drivers. Tailgating multiple vehicles, passing illegally on blind S-turns on mountain roads. All this to respond to... a broke down vehicle in a parking lot. Truck 07 shouldn't have a license, let alone be driving commercially.
Sergio was kind, respectful and helpful. Treated my car with respect. Both the pick up and drop off was extremely smooth. Wonderful job, and a great employee.

AMAZING service! The OWNER kept in contact with me, as well as the driver, as to when the tow would arrive. Not only were they courteous, the driver was prompt and early. Trustworthy, start to finish. Two other two companies before them were taking up to 3-4 hours to arrive with NO UPDATES and NO CALLS. N&Y did it in 30 MINUTES! Best experience I have EVER had with a towing organization. I will def use only them in the future.
Ricardo Caballero was so helpful and communicative when I had to get a vehicle towed after breaking down on the highway. He made a stressful morning a lot easier to deal with and he was very friendly through the process.

My wife and I rented a car from Albuquerque Airport for our vacation to Utah, which stranded us on the side of the road an hour outside Albuquerque due to electrical problems. We called AAA who sent us Sergio! Sergio was amazing, making sure we were safe and getting to us quickly and safely. He was extremely efficient loading up the car and got us back to the rental center as fast as he could, keeping us engaged and distracted from our frustration the whole way. He even let my wife fulfill her dream of pulling a truck's air horn! He was incredibly kind and helped make our not so great day a lot better!

Had a leaf spring break on a small camper on the interstate in NM by exit 178 zuzax, had AAA send a tow driver and these guys show up, tell me they can’t help me and leave me on the side of the road. I’m on the downhill slope on an S turn and he left me! The police showed up and stayed with me until another tow company came. This guy used his winch, pulled it up on his flat bed, and BOOM! Shout out to Tavenners for coming to the rescue of a rescue (animal)! Alabama, California and my dogs thank you! I’m far from home and didn’t wanna die on a highway in NM. Accidents happen a lot when parked on side of the road. This behavior was very unprofessional! What if an 18 wheeler hit me? What if a car swerved and plowed into me? The driver didn’t care one way or the other. 4.8 stars?! I guess they only tow tricycles and not real vehicles
Quick, friendly and safe service from the crew when I overheated on the highway. My driver was cordial and the truck was clean and he took great care with my car. Dropped me off at the service center in record time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a good tow.
N&Y Towing made my bad day better. Want to say thank you to Ricardo Caballero for making the tow process quick and simple. He was very communicative whether it was updating me of his ETA or making sure I was fully aware of what he was doing in order to get my vehicle on his flatbed.

AAA set me up with N&Y towing because my vehicle wouldn't start. Lorenzo came out to my house in far south Valencia County. Lorenzo got my vehicle started but still followed me to O'Reillys for a new battery. When they wouldn't help me put the new one on Lorenzo stayed to help me. Lorenzo wasn't able to change my battery because he did not have the right tools but I appreciate his willingness to try. I offered to pay Lorenzo but he declined and said AAA covered. Such a kind respectful young man
I had a 2022 Dodge Grand caravan, where the fuel lines popped out and leaked fuel all over the place. I was in a remote location in the Eaton East mountains, and needed my fan towed to the original . mechanic so he can fix the fuel lines. I called AAA and they sent out NY towing and the driver's name is Sergio. Totally awesome! They were out here in a timely fashion, Sergio was really professional and quick at the job. Yeah to drive it another 45 minutes from my location to an even a more remote location. Like I said he got their quick, very careful with the vehicle and towed it very professionally. You found us very quickly and he got it there to the mechanic shop very quickly. Awesome company awesome driver. Thank you Sergio!!

This was by far the best towing experience I had! I was stranded for 3 hours and they are the only ones that came to help me in less than 20 mins! I don’t know what I would have done without these guys. My car that is still under warranty broke down 120 miles away from the nearest Hyundai dealership. Ricardo was the only tow driver that would come pick me up at 9pm at night (which it was getting very cold) to get me, my car, and my dog to Albuquerque where I could get my car looked at by the dealership and not risk voiding its warranty. He was incredibly quick getting the car loaded up and dropped me off at a hotel afterwards. I can’t say enough good things about this company and I’m incredibly grateful for them.
N&Y's response time was very quick, and as a company, they are super helpful. When the other tow companies wanted me to wait a day or two to pick up my vehicle, N&Y came thru within half hour. Completely happy with their services. Did it for a reasonable price and was there within a very reasonable time. He was extremely quick about getting it hooked up and to the drop off location. Even was able to get it into a difficult driveway to drop it off. Quick, efficient, and friendly. I'll tell everyone I know and definitely keep them in mind if we ever need a tow again!

Ricardo and Alejandro arrived within an hour of my contacting AAA and were very professional. They had to be creative in 8 inches of snow to get my car out of the ditch. They were amazing. I will recommend them to anyone who needs towing services.
These guys are amazing! They arrived when promised, were careful loading and unloading the car and easy to work with. When you have been through a traumatic event like wrecking your car it is nice to deal with kind professionals. We would definitely use N&Y towing again.
Today Oct 23, 11am ish, a Hispanic looking driver in a flat bed nearly side swiped my truck. He was weaving in and out of traffic on Central while driving extremely fast. And he also using the bus lane. And if that wasn't bad enough, he then ran the light at Central and Tingley.. all while driving a huge, flat bed tow truck. The irony is that he was en route to an APD speed trap at Central and Sunset. This guy is a hazard and a liability. He shouldn't trusted with anyone's vehicle nor the lives of nearby drivers and pedestrians in his path.
