This company is fast professional, friendly and highly recommended! The only local tow company who is actually 24 hour service. All others claim to be but don’t answer the phone, are not able to do it “until the morning “ or set up an appointment and completely ghost afterwards. These guys were so helpful fast and really pulled through when I was in a bind! Call them 1st.
BEWARE! This is not a reputable company. Showed up in a personal vehicle 3 hours later without tools and tried opening my car with a pry bar and screw driver. DAMAGED and DENTED vehicle in process....yet to hear back from Sergio or anyone at statewide. In the process of repairing door and door frame out of pocket! Save yourself the nightmare and verify your tow company people.
I saw the towing company owner assisting a neighbor retrieve her keys from her locked vehicle. He did it quickly and she she was pleased with his response time after she initially called. I got his number and called him for pricing in case I lock my keys in my vehicle. He was very courteous a n d answered all my questions. I put his business name in my contacts just in case I need towing or keying service.
Sergio is a life saver. Quickly answered and was quick to get on site. Our car was in a tricky spot to get out of and just completely messed up. Incredibly stressful time, but Sergio was friendly, professional, and took care of the car even though it was extra tricky. The service was priced well. I cannot say thank you enough.
Called for a tow from ABQ to Jemez. Statewide came to the rescue. Bar none this company came through. Best price and easier to setup than other companies. I highly recommend them as a preferred tow service

My transmission went out at elephant bute lake. I called other tow companies that couldn’t come for a whole day out. I came across this company and he drove out from Albuquerque within 4 hours. His prices also beat the other companies by 200-300$

Quick, Friendly, and Reliable. Made a call and an hour later my car was picked up by Sergio. They understood where I was and where my car needed to be. Communication was great. Johnny diagnosed the problem in my car not even a minute after seeing it, and it was fixed in no time!!! He’s a very respectable mechanic who knows what he’s talking about. If there were more than 5 stars to give Johnny would have them all. Definitely earned my business for any of my future projects!!!

I was taking 10 college students to a leadership conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico when one of the tires in my rental van blew out. I called roadside assistance, and the closest agent was able to send Sergio to come help us. Sergio was cordial, kind, and patient. He took the time to change our tire in the middle of the night across the highway. He made all of my students and me feel safe. I am so thankful he was there to help us that night. I am from Yuma, AZ. So it was a long drive in unfamiliar territory. Sergio made me feel like I was at home with his positive attitude and New Mexico hospitality.
Our motorhome broke down about 30 miles west of Albuquerque. We had Good Sam Roadside Assistance, so we called. After about 3 hours dealing with them and no assistance, we found Statewide Towing. Sergio came out within an hour. Towed us to a nice hotel and took our RV to his mechanic brother in-law. Had it repaired, blew a sparkplug, by the next day and made it to Phoenix safe and sound, no issues. Hats off to Sergio and Luis. Highly recommend Statewide Towing and Recovery.
The tow man Sergio was a pleasure in assisting me with my tow. I've had a horrible day with my car, and things seemed to get worse.
