Heavy set native American driver with the worst mouth ever literally so unprofessional came up to my car yelling and screaming for absolutely no reason. Called to report driver and buisness just hung up on me. Complete joke doesn't deserve a police rotation that's forsure no regard for public.
Pretty shady and borderline illegal business, but it's a towing company, so I'm not shocked.
Yesterday, these guys put 24 hour warnings on at least 30 cars with expired registration. I saw one of the guys doing it, and asked him what would happen if the owners couldn't pay the fees and he was almost proud and smug in the way he said the towing company would own the cars after 45 days.
Now, these warnings were put on cars at 3:00 on a Saturday. A day that both the MVD is closed and the towing yard is closed. Both are closed on Sundays as well.
Now, my personal opinion is that this looks like scummy people preying on poor people. They deliberately do this on a weekend so there's no one at the towing company to call, and no way to get new registration to avoid the tow.
I also think it's important to mention that it is currently just past 2:00 on Sunday, and all the tagged cars have been towed, so it wasn't the legally mandated 24 hour notice.
These guys are literally just crooks with a permit to steal your car.
Holy hell if this isn't the worst company ever!!!! Needed a tow, set it up thru my roadside assistance and received a call staying, driver dispatched will be there in the next 45 minutes... At 50 minutes I call to complain, he says traffic... At 55 minutes the driver calls to say he just received the call and is finally on his way... I call the company who has a plethora of excuses as to why they are still not here... Never again... Go to another tow company unless you're completely comfortable waiting around for multiple hours for these guys to show up
Wrecking your vehicle is a very bad experience. I went to Valley Impound in a bad state feeling like a piece of poop. These gentlemen do their jobs with dignity and I know it sounds odd but all of my negative feelings vanished as I was paying my bill.
These guys bend over backwards for you if a hiccup happens while trying to recover your vehicle. The whole crew needs to be commended. Many thanks for the great customer service.
