  Called for parts, waited for 20 + minutes on hold. Guy finally pick up the call, gets my information and asks, " what's your shop called " ? I explain that I don't have a shop. Do you only sell wholesale, ? Why do you ask, ? He tells me " just for taxes, " then laughing said you're gonna have to just hold and then hung up the line. Very rude and unprofessional, this place obviously needs customer service orientation and phone edict training. So if you have plenty time to waste this is your place !
