Went to get a part and when I called to see if it came in was told "what do you want? I asked , what do do you mean, what do I want? Got hung up on. Called back after picking up the part to let them know it was the wrong part, only to be told "oh well," and was transferred to someone else. This place definitely needs customer service training. I've worked in customer service 30+ years and would never speak to anyone like that.. Spoke to the manager, that tried only making excuses for the employee and not taking responsibility for the poor customer service
Looking for part on my Chevy. Looked everywhere! No one had it! Even the dealership! They found it had it overnighted and I'm back on the road! Thank you! I am one satisfied customer! I will be back!
Do not buy a battery from this place (or anything else for that matter because I am sure the customer support is the same). We had a car battery that was apparently 1 day past its 2 year warranty and they would not honor the warranty. It is a 2022 'gold' battery and already failed on us. I would have brought in a week prior if I had known. I spent the better part of the last week attempting to charge it to make sure it was a bad battery before bringing it in to replace...I honestly could not believe a car battery would need replacement after less than 2 years. These are very low quality with poor warranty support from the store.
Great service and prices. I purchased a battery here that was much less than other small auto parts stores (though only a 2 year battery) it was good for me. Recommended!!
It very nice place but the only thing is when they give the wrong parts and pay with card it take 5 day to get your money back that is not far when it only take not even 5 min when take out of your account this money need to be in your account the same day when get a refund
Your receipt is your warranty. They give those cheap receipts that fade after a month. And who doesnt have a computer to enter names for warranty. Welcome to the 21st century parts plus.
Worst customer service I have ever had i will never buy from this location poor sales team and management befor 12pm Tues 12/17/2019 so u know the date and time to talk to the ppl u put on the phone
This place is amazing, they have a lot of auto parts. I went to get a small part, and the guy in the front desk really went and thoroughly looked for the part, and when finally they didn't have it, he was honest and sent me to other place, where I could get it. This is real costumer attention. I definitely would be back to this store.
Awsome customer service everytime I come in. Always have the parts I need on hand with unbeatable prices. One of these days I will have to send them donuts or something.

I'm from rt 66 garage in tucumcari and I have called every parts store with in 200 miles from us and you guys are the only one to come through with the part and at a great price keep up the good business

Good service, I had to return a part and had no problems. My mechanic uses this company when they carry what he's looking for. I would buy from them again.
Very poor was told one price on a starter I was trying to buy for my truck when I went to get it they said it was the wrong price and didn't do anything to right the situation. As soon as possible in calling the corporate office and filing a formal complaint for price gouging.
