George knocked it out of the park when I needed my Subaru towed to the shop- displayed expert maneuverability with the rig in my very tight dead-end driveway and even taught me a thing or two about my own car in the process. Great service, very professional drivers.
First the dispatch on nonworking hours - said to call when I get off I work nights so I called him at said time 530 am dispatch not answer or whoever the on call phone is . When he finally picked up phone at about 4 PM - he said it would cost me 50 bucks to go pick it up plus what the fee was to tow it and store over weekend - I said I don’t care about the money and he hung up on me …. The office on Monday was 45 almost an hour late to show up when they supposedly open at 9 am , I was treated horribly by the whole company or Atleast everyone I dealt with . They I give them a credit card to run for the payment - office lady proceeded to call someone (I don’t know ) with my credit card info over the phone to bill me , which is so dangerous and could ruin my whole credit . What kind of company don’t have a credit card swiper at said business . Unprofessional service !!!!
Unprofessional customer service over phone !!!! Would not recommend to anyone ! Customers beware and good luck …. These the only messages I sent and got from the dispatch after he hung up on me … I normally don’t write reviews yet this was so bad , my time

This company is NOT professional at all. They lie to you and hang up on you. And think it’s cute to make you wait for your car on the weekend even if you have work. This place should be shut DOWN.
I can’t give it -5 stars, so I guess one will do. They are horrible. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a tow company.
My car (that didn’t even run), was towed from MY residence. The booted and towed me in one day. I was never even able to call them. So I go down there Friday evening, because it shows they’re 24 hour, but they’re really just 9-5. So we came back Monday and the entire staff was just hanging out at the gas station up the road. No urgency. Nothing. What they quoted us was nowhere near what we were told we have to pay initially. I told them to just keep it. I was followed the entire time I was there, like I was gonna do something sus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, and if your car was ever towed by them, I am so so sorry.
Can I make a negative rating? Last Tuesday night my sister-in-law had a roadside emergency in Albuquerque. My brother met her there and let her take his car to go on to Los Alamos, thinking he'd get a ride back to at least the repair garage with the tow truck. The driver refused to let him ride in the tow truck. My 81 yr old brother is hard of hearing and couldn't make a phone call outside due to the wind. So he tried getting in the car since he was forbidden in the tow truck. The rude driver wouldn't let him in his own car for one minute to make a phone call. So he left my brother by the side of the road at app. 9 at night! My brother had to walk about a mile to a place where he could make a phone call for someone to come get him! When he called the place this morning to complain to management the person hung up on him rather than take his call! This borders on elder abuse!
My insurance assigned them to my claim to get my car out of sand that my mother drove with my two kids. They had trouble finding her, but instead of CALLING HER FOR DIRECTIONS, they cancelled and left them out there longer. And when I spoke to the manager or dispatcher that i gave my mom's phone number to, so the driver could get directions from her, he said the insurance company cancelled, which is not what happened. No concern or anything. But I guess it's easy to just let another towing company do it when it's too hard. Will never be using them by choice. You're "just" a towing company, but you also are the help people need when they and their children are STRANDED in the heat.
Sketchy place. The front entrance was locked up and the side gate was open. This place towed my car out of my assigned parking spot because it didn't have tags. (which were stolen off of the car) I have lived in the same apartment for 7 years and have never had a problem with my car in my assigned spot. I can't believe they can just tow my car like that!
Horrible customer service. During broad daylight on a Sunday afternoon while I was doing yard work in the front yard, one of their drivers waited until I was inside my house to hook up and tow my car. Yes it was facing north on the west side of the stree, I just moved it to sweep my driveway. The fact that he waited for me to be gone so he could sneak in and grab it is just one of the most horrible and disgusting ways to conduct business. When I called to pick it up the guy that answered told me I couldn't. I have to wait for the next business day. I asked for a quote on the price and he said he couldn't give it to me. He then told me that $200 should mean nothing to me. We argued and he hung up on me.
They damaged my undercarriage towing my car. They said they’re not liable. That they did a walk around the vehicle before they towed it and it was fine! Yes it was then they towed it and now it’s not! It’s all good I’m sending my insurance after them! Obviously, if I had known the HOA‘s rules, I would have parked legally. That is no excuse for your towing company to damage my car when they tow it. You need to pay. My insurance is taking you to court. How unprofessional of you to say that to me because you’re company at the end of the day is liable for the damages to my car. I will see you in court if I am summoned to be there.
So a driver picked up my vehicle to take it to a mechanic shop because it wouldn't start the driver spoke zero English and didn't know what he was doing he couldn't figure out how to disengage my emergency brake so he proceeded to drag it leaving tire makers all the way down the driveway and then to get it off he jerked the flat bed back and forth until he got it on the ground I unfortunately was not there I was at work but my wife was there and protested but no English so he did as he pleased mechanic had no issues with the emergency brake and gave them the wrong personal info. Do not use this company!!!

I just wanted to compliment your company on outstanding customer service Few months back I had a car accident and this towing company helped me out.Got my jeep and took it to there storage where they put the car until my insurance went and picked it up. He did an excellent job they also had an excellent representation of He was kind, polite, quick and arrive much sooner than we were anticipating. It's a frustrating process when you car is in a car accident But thanks to this towing truck company the cost to have it towed, was not so expensive compared to other company’s this towing company made this process so much more tolerable.and they speak Spanish and inglés they are bilingual thats A big plus thankyou once again

This company drives around Vista Sandia gated community casing cars and then claims that the car is illegally parked when the tow man attached car picked it up moves the car onto gravel then detached and then turn truck around back up to back of vehicle that he moved takes a picture attaches and hauls butt because he illegally stole our vehicle then tells us the board of director of HOA CALLED HIM??? Liar that car was only there 5 minutes before you stole it. It wasn’t illegally parked until you moved it onto the gravel!! I can’t believe you ! Next time make sure you don’t have 3 different cameras on the garages pointed in your direction I got you on video.oh and good luck getting your vehicle back because I was told I had to wait till office is opened. So then change your business hours . Your not open 24 hours a day! Those are the hours you steal vehicles.
Rude these people drive around prowling. basically have a tow truck and call it a legit business.. thieves is what you are.. You ought change your name there's nothing loyal about your business your dirty..and I'm the person that will fight for my rights..breaking and entering on private property is illegal . The only laws that where broken was your tow truck breaking in a gated community to steal cars. I'll see you in court me and everyone in this gated community you violated. Kiss your LLC goodbye.. I'm taking verything you own.
Do NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE doing deals under the table with rental management I have video and documentation of them doing dirty work trying to tow my car working under the table.
Towed 2 cars illegally didn't even speak English couldn't even give us a time to pick up the vehicles, crooks total crooks just trying to generate cash for the company. Legal action is necessary and will be taking place. Especially after reading other reviews. Something has to be done about this crooked company!!
The owner is a scam artist hidden tow fees to release my truck I have two roadside assistance insurances didn't inform me of an extra charge till I had to have the mechanic pick up the truck if id known my company would have paid it but since he didn't tell me anything till the last minute had to pay out of pocket
These guys are absolute crooks. Horrible service, don't open on posted hours to get your vehicle. Don't inform you they only take cash. Charge you for towing, equipment used, storage (because they don't open on time) and endless ridiculous charges and you have no choice to pay so you can get your vehicle. The tow yard is dangerous with sharp old vehicle parts everywhere. Beware of this towing company.
Leo from Loyalty Towing was quick to get to us and he did great work in winching us out of a sand trap. I would recommend him and this company first and always for towing services.
I had to use my roadside assistance Sunday during a holiday weekend. They contacted Loyalty Towing. The driver was quick, kind, responsive, and took care of everything I needed in under an hour. He went the extra distance by texting me photos of my car being dropped off at the dealership after driving me home! So professional but also just really kind service.
My truck gave out on me in the middle of the road so I had to get someone there fast to get it out of the way. The driver showed up pretty quick and got the truck loaded up tied down and out of the way pretty quick. Would definitely recommend
This company is horrible! They will tow your car then find every reason to keep it! The guy who answers the phone is an idiot! They towed my car on a Thursday and now they close EARLY and say it’s a holiday weekend? It’s FRIDAY. CROOKS. SCAMMERS
They towed my car from my apartment complex without giving me a reason. When I called my apartment to ask why it was towed they said they don’t use that towing company. Turns company is owned by the brother of the maintenance man of my apartment complex. They only accept cash payments and still give no reason to why they towed my vehicle. They are shady and are crooks and I’m sure there will be legal action soon.
They towed my car after having it booted for under 12 hrs then claim they don't use boots. Tried calling them to be told they have had my car for 4 months and were going to auction it, which is a lie, they towed it on the 16th of last month. Then they said it's over 45 days, and then said 30 days. Unprofessional and crooks
If I could give no stars, I would but then I shouldn’t be taking it out on the company when it’s just one employee who is very rude and hung up on me. He refused to tell me where the tow yard is so I can go pick up my vehicle and then he hung up on me. I understand we all get frustrated but when you’re working in the customer service field you don’t just hang up on somebody, especially if they’re not cursing at you or telling you foul obscenities. The driver of the tow truck didn’t even give me a chance to get the number to the actual tow yard and just drove off.
