I always go to napa to get parts for my bird. The little one was also very excited.

Fast service very knowledgeable staff.

Called to see if they had a part for my truck in stock,guy who answered the phone gave me attitude from the start.Wont be doing business with NAPA

Not so friendly store clerk. Pretended busy when I walked in. Refused to look at my phone for the order status. Commanded me to go to the corner register. Told me to come back later. He checked for the part after I told him that I received the notification over the weekend that it is ready to be picked up. What happened to Customer Service?

The know their stuff but sale items may not be available

It's a nice friendly place I love the environment the people who work here are funny and very knowledgeable about the parts and vehicles. Willing to help if they can

Called, purchased and picked up an alternator for my Honda. They had it in stock. Fast and friendly service.

Napa has all the auto parts you need and if they don't have it they get it and they offer and discount to AAA members that helps.
