Broke down in NJ and Triple A told me it would be almost 6 hours to get me help. It was freezing and windy. Frontier showed up within 45 mins. The driver cranked the heat for me and was super nice for the entire drive. Was very careful during loading and unloading. Thank you!
Last Frontier saves the day! After two and a half hours of sitting on the side of the highway, in the summer heat, with a blown out tire, dealing with AAA agents who kept trying to send help from another territory ..they finally got it right!
The Last Frontier was contacted and the owner Brian was there with his tow truck in less than 30 minutes. My spare tire was rusted and stuck underneath my vehicle so he put it on the tow truck and we took a short drive to his shop. His wife invited us inside to cool off in the air conditioning and gave us cold bottled water while they fixed the tire. We were in and out in 20 minutes.
I would recommend them to everyone!!! A great family owned business, professional, friendly and they get the job done quickly and with a smile.
Wish I could give a zero star. This guy came out to tow my van and in the process he crank my van down so hard it snapped my transmission motor mount. This damage is going to cost me $6000 because I need a whole new transmission and he is not claiming responsibility. Iv sent multiple letters from lawyers and tried working with him and he doesn’t think he did anything wrong. Do not use this guy ever! Trust me you will be sorry!
ITA with every word Nick Y said about Brian P. From Last Frontier towing. My car’s electrical system suddenly quit while I was driving with my infant grandbaby this morning.The a/c went out on an 80 degree day. Stuck on the shoulder of a 2 lane highway. Brian arrived quickly, was beyond helpful and professional. He saved the day and showed great care and concern for us both, including waiting until our ride arrived. At least 10+ states for this company and wonderful man.
Traveling through the Water Gap, my Explorer lost all of its coolant so I had no choice but to pull over at the Gap. I immediately contacted AAA. They informed me it would be 3 hours before a flat bed would arrive.
Only 10 minutes later, Brian from Last Frontier, called to find my exact location. Within minutes, he was loading the Explorer on his flat bed and taking me to the garage.
Brian was a savior. His quick response to my emergency was unbelievable, getting me to the garage in record time. I cannot thank him enough for everything.

The best towing/vehicle maintenance I have ever experienced! Last Frontier was dispatched to me through AAA. AAA was giving me the run around with timing.
Mike was in contact with me letting me know where he was and what time he would be at my location for tow. Great communication! Took time to show me a few tricks with my vehicle. At the shop there was a slight mishap with a hook and Mike, called me to let me know what had happened and taking all accountability. He proceeded to call the next day to ensure everything with the shop was alright regarding billing. He gave me some great professional insights and recommendations. I can't thank Mike enough. Great character, honest and professionalism. I will be using this business moving forward.
I called AAA for help. I was a long distance tow and ONLY this fantastic company was willing to come help me although it was out of their territory. The owner even personally called me to tell me not to worry that she was sending her flatbed knowing I had waited for so long, and was alone at night in a dark, cold, rural area. She was so compassionate and kind. Zack and Nick came to my rescue. These young men were so professional, knowledgeable and kind. Zack and Nick at their young age are exemplary examples of work ethic, dedication to their job, and eagerness to work long hours to earn money. Thanks so very much to all of you at Frontier. Brian is a miracle worker. He saved my friend and I hours worth of time. We had been stuck at a gas station with a flat tire for hours and he came by and was so much more helpful and knowledgeable than the Enterprise we were renting from. Brian graciously let us ride along with him to a nearby tire shop and literally saved us so much money. We are so lucky that Brian was dispatched to us!
Brian was a tremendous help and knew how to save us money on our car repair. He went above and beyond and helped us get to the same spot the car was towed so we didn’t have to worry about getting there. Great service and care for customers
Absolutely excellent service! I found myself needing a tow on a Friday late in day. I called AAA who said maybe 4 hours before a truck would arrive. Brian called me 10 minutes later, picked me up (with car in tow) and got me to the dealership before they closed. If needing to get your car towed can be considered a good experience, this was one of them!! Highly recommended.
Prompt, friendly, and efficient characteristics that best describe my interaction with this towing service. I called AAA for their roadside service and was told it would be 3-4 hours. Fifteen minutes after hanging up with AAA The Last Frontier Towing called up and by 30 minutes the truck was on its way to be repaired.
These guys transported my motorcycle. They were very quick about it and kept in good communication the whole way. This was a great relief for me. Highly recommend them, I would use them again!
Very professional, my car broke on 78 and AAA Assigned me this towing company. I had. Left my keys at gas station, They made sure they stayed in touch and carefully went and towed my car all the way to queens (87) miles and sent me pics from the garage at 4am. Strongly recommended
Broke down 5:15am monday morning on the way to work from Poconos to JFK airport on Interstate 80. These guys at Last Frontier were excellent. I had an unfortunate event happen as I drove through Newton last weekend and I ended up with a flat tire. I made a call through triple A and it connected me to Brian from The Last Frontier. My granddaughter and I had planned a fun day together for her birthday and I was so worried that the flat tire was going to take forever. Brian showed up within minutes, removed my tire and replaced it with my spare in no time. He took the time to make certain we would be able to get to our destination safely and he definitely made my granddaughter and I feel more comfortable about continuing with our day. My granddaughter gifted him a coupon for a free drink because he wouldn't accept a tip from me. Thank you Brian for being our hero. My granddaughter referred to you as "a really nice man named Brian" to her parents and pretty much everyone else who she shared our story with. It's so nice to know that there are still great role models in our world for children to look up to.
Two hours from home and needed a tow my roadside couldn’t get a tow and I had to stay the night. 6am Brian calls and is on his way to get my car and tow it home. Great communication and quick to help out. Thanks again!

We needed a tow and AAA could not provide services. Our car was in a lot that was closing shortly and we were threatened that our car would be impounded. Brian reassured us that he would show up in time to tow the car. He did! He was kind and competent. He went above and beyond to help his customer.
I give the guy a 100 stars. I was coming from about 2 hours away due to what a great deal they had on a new old stock scooter. Since I was driving so far and have 2 baby's the owner showed up at 710 in the morning they don't even open till 11am. I didn't even show up with the right vehicle for pickup but he didn't care. This guy helped me load a 200 pound scooter into to the trunk of a Mercedes sadan lol tight fit but we got it strapped. I made the 100 mile trip back home and he even texted me 2 hours later to see how I made it I couldn't ask for a better experience then his help and showing up so early I'd definitely buy again even plan on getting a kids atv maybe in a year from here great service!!!!!!
Stopped in here to purchase a enduro bike. My experience was excellent. The prices are more than fair and the owner was able to answer any questions I had. Looking forward to purchasing a four wheeler in September.

Great experience up until we were told the quad we were purchasing needed to be test ridden and started and would be ready in about a half hour. We left and came back to find fresh donut marks in the fresh snow with the same tread tires as the quad we were purchasing. When asked about the fresh donut marks in the snow they had nothing to say. This is a backwoods dealer. Just be aware. Kids run the place. Not business men.
This place is awesome and they have great customer service. Brian helped me with the purchase of a motorcycle. He was fair and him and his team got the motorcycle ready for the road. I would definitely go back there in a heart beat.
