Can't even stay open normal hours anymore. Sad what this place has turned into.

Still my number one spot to go to for my car parts. The Belvidere store is my favorite store around. All the guys are very cool and very willing to help you with what you need. They'll take their time to go out to your car and do what is needed to help you out. I see them out there all the time with people under their hood, changing blades, running diagnostics on troubles. Just a good store to go to

Just had a battery replaced by a young man Ryan he was the most patient and kindest young man. Definitely a credit to the company.

I went to get the battery tested yesterday because my car was acting up and someone mentioned it's probably the battery. I'm definitely not a car person so I wouldn't know. Will was able to test the battery and sure enough it was time. He changed the battery as well. He's super kind and helpful. I apologize I didn't tip him for doing all this because he went out of his way!

Clean, organized, staff was great and helpful, made sure we had everything and that it was all correct

Went into this location for wiper blades, waited at the counter until the woman behind the counter told me that I should go elsewhere because she was too busy, she was on the phone and I was the only customer in the store, I will go elsewhere for my wiper blades and anything else that I need, I had a previous problem buying washer fluid from this store, they didn't like my selection so they would not sell it to me and I went elsewhere that day as well.

Awful customer service I purchased a battery online to pick up in store for my vehicle. I ended up not needing it, so since it was still new and never installed I tried to return it and was told my Bob that I used the battery. So he gave me a hard time and insisted I did use it then proceeded to tell me that he would never buy a battery that looked used when I told him that I brought the battery back in the same condition I picked it up in. he wouldn’t accept my return so I went to Washington location instead where they were extremely helpful. This will be the last time I shop at the belvidere location.

While the two employees here seem to be tending to the customers at the desk, I've been standing here for 30 minutes waiting to pay for $8 worth of light bulbs. Come on advanced, get some help!!

Worst customer service experience ever! I had a question about an order I placed online and wanted to double check my order since the brand I was picking up was different than what I thought I had ordered. I asked the guy behind the counter Robert if it was an equivalent part. He told me I must be confused, if I placed the order online they did not make a mistake it was my mistake. He kept huffing and puffing and telling me over and over that I was confused! Clearly he had somewhere better to be then assist a customer with purchasing the correct part. Never shopping at this advance Auto ever again! Crazy part is I never said they made a mistake I just wanted to double check the order and make sure the part was equivalent!

Didn't have the premium battery that was preferred. But service was excellent and the gold series will do fine.

On a personal note... I was there with my brother exchanging brake pads. It seems they charged him for the correct brake pads , but they gave him the incorrect ones. This just elongates the time you have to spend working on your vehicle. Also, it is very inconvenient to stop working on your vehicle, clean yourself up, then go back to the auto parts store to get something you should have had in the beginning. Not happy

Some of there employee's don't truly understand customer service and will not do what right for the customer. I purchased Many times from them with the employee telling me return the one you don't need so I've tried multiple times with brand new still in factory package to return only to be denied just three days after with receipt. Go to another store they return no question about it. I avoid this location at all cost and will drive the extra 10 minutes to get to a different location.

2nd time that I come in and the staff is arguing with customers. I came and they refused to sell me heater hose because it's not for power steering. Why do you care what I use it for after I pay for it

Jeneen always has beyond excellent costumer service, she always goes the extra mile to attend my needs.

Some of the men still make sure I know what I'm talking about if I give them the info on what I want. They'll double check and then say oh you had it right. Just cause I don't have permenently grease stained fingers doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about.

Always friendly and helpful service. They offer fair prices on parts and discounts through email subscription. One employee installed my battery for free even though it was close to closing time. Life saver. Always a good experience here for me and I have visited several different locations. Thanks Advance!☺
