I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding the driver who assisted me at 11PM last night.
First — ALEX IS the man he knows what time it is absolutely excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, and brought great energy to what was honestly a stressful situation for me. He made strong suggestions, worked efficiently, and clearly knows what he’s doing. You’re fortunate to have someone like him representing your company. Also, that F550 tow truck is seriously impressive.
As someone who has personally been around and assisted with transporting low and exotic vehicles, I understand the challenges involved. My vehicle is low S4 stock, and given its current condition and the parking situation at drop-off, there was minor contact near the rear exhaust area and slight flexing at the front bumper during loading. I recognize this comes with the territory when moving low vehicles and overall the driver’s skill, speed, and professionalism far outweighed those minor moments.
I super appreciate Alex and will keep/share your company’s phone number with my elizabeth riding club.
The response time was fast, especially considering the late hour, and the pricing was fair. I also appreciated how smoothly everything was handled when I needed help quickly, as I was trying to avoid a potentially difficult situation roadside.

Professional Drivers, safe and efficient. They were located 20 minutes away from me but took a few hours to arrive. No big deal, it was just very late. Other than that - no complaints. My car arrived at its location safely and without a scratch.

Very helpful, Victor came within an hour after my brake caliper fell off leaving my car inoperable to drive. Was helpful and made sure to take me where I needed to go about 30 miles away to a nearby shop where I live close by! Would highly recommend to anyone to call up these guys if you run into an issue!
Highly recommended prompt service, REASONABLE RATES. ( literally by half of what their competitor wanted to charge me), knowledgeable drivers.... Last night I was literally stuck in the freezing weather on a back road. They had somebody out to me within 40 minutes. Fortunately for me, my vehicle started again as the driver got there, he was understanding, made recommendations on what I should do and waited while I tested the vehicle down the street around the block and came back just to make sure it wasn't going to stall again.
They arrived very quickly. In less than 15 minutes. Which is unusual for Towing services. Their speed was a huge breath of fresh air. The Towman who arrived was kind, courteous, and calm; exactly what I needed. He double checked everything with my vehicle, confirmed and supported my decision on where I was having my vehicle brought(to a service shop) and even provided me useful insight on the problem I was having with my car for future success. This service was everything you'd need from a towing service and more! 11/10 would get towed again.
My relatively new car ran into a snag with the battery and I had to work with Mazda's Roadside assistance to get my car towed to the service center.
Mazda collaborated with AAA and that's how Quality 1st came into play. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too.
I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda’s warranty but their service was spotless and professional. Highly recommended.
AAA connected me with Quality 1st Towing for a flat tire 50+ miles from home. Quality 1st sent me Nelson, thank goodness.
Nelson was prompt, experienced, efficient, professional and polite. During our 50+ mile drive, his driving skills were excellent. When we arrived at our destination he secured the vehicle on the property and made sure that I was good to go before departing.
Nelson not only fulfilled all the necessary requirements of the tow, he exceeded them.

If I could give them 6 plus stars I would. I have AAA but my wait would have been 3 hours & the shop I had my truck towed to closes in 3 hours. I called Quality 1st towing & they were there within an hour. They loaded my truck on the flatbed & I was at the repair shop in less than 2 hours. The driver was great...friendly & personable & he answered all of my questions. I would definitely highly recommend Quality 1st towing & would not hesitate to use them again. I had a breakdown with 3 of my rim lugs completely sheared off so I was stuck with my SUV with the tire about to fall off - I thought it would be no way any company would be able to tow my vehicle with a flatbed to my surprise quality towing driver was able to remove lugs from other wheels jack up my truck and get the wheel back on and roll the car and tow it my girlfriend and I were stuck in 12 degrees cold that night but the quality 1 towing driver got us out of the cold into a warm truck and did it in a guineas book world record for speed great company and even greater driver - definitely tip these guys because they are great 12/7/25
I used Quality 1st towing company yesterday to jumpstart my car’s battery that was completely dead. I was very impressed with their great communication, prompt service and fair pricing. The service technician, Brian, was excellent and had my car going in minutes. He was very patient while dealing with me since I have an injury and was communicating with him via my son. Brian was very polite, respectful and willing to work on our unique situation in the brutally cold weather. I came away with a very positive experience while using Quality 1st towing and would recommend them to anyone. Easy five !
Your driver arrived much sooner than I expected and provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about EVs. My car was completely dead—a challenging situation—but he knew exactly what to do.
I needed to ride with him to the dealership to get a loaner, and he kindly agreed. Even though it was a long drive, he made the trip comfortable and enjoyable with great conversation. He even helped me retrieve my insurance card by charging the battery for me.

My experience with Quality 1st Towing was probably the best experience I had with a towing company ever. My daughters car broke down on her way home from college at the bottom of NJ and we live in CT. After near 16 hours waiting for our insurance company to find a provider I called them & they had someone out there within the hour to take her car the 5 hour trip back home at a fair price. ($500 less than what my insurance company quoted me) They were very communicative every step of the way. Even called me to verify they dropped off the car at the desired location. Quality 1st Towing helped me out tremendously. I was on my way to PA from NY and my vehicle broke down on me while driving on the NJ Turnpike and I had family with me as well. I called my insurance company but the company they provided couldn't assist me as I needed the car towed back to NY. After doing research and seeing good reviews, I decided to give Quality 1st a call. The dispatcher, Peter, who I spoke with was very professional and courteous. They were ready to send out a driver within 30 mins. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. The driver Chris (I believe this was name, apologizes in advance), was quick and took care of things right away and carefully. He brought my car safely back to NY. I would highly recommend this company as the service was great and pricing was reasonable.
The driver was very professional and delivered my vehicle with no issue, it did take about 3 hours for them to arrive after my initial call but it was also a very rainy and busy Sunday morning, they did confirm that I was safe and not on the side of the road ( my starter burned out in a parking lot). They also were able to accommodate a large pickup truck with no issue.
This company provides excellent service from the first call to the follow-up text. They said they would send someone within the hour and arrived 15 minutes later. Vaughn was the driver. He was kind, professional, efficient and incredibly competent. He was so pleasant to work with from the first hello. The owner of the company reached out the next morning to make sure I was happy with the service I received. Wow. When does that happen? That's a first for me from a towing company. Their aim seems to be to go above and beyond on every call, and on this one they did just that!
