I can’t say enough about Belle Mead Garage. We were recently on a trip to NJ and I needed to rent a car. My husband suggested BMG and I decided to rent from there. OMG! The service was spectacular. They made it so easy to rent and treated me like family. So, from now on, when I need to rent, I’m going to BMG. It’s the personal service that you don’t get at the big rentals. Thank you BMG!!

I bought a used tractor from Chris needed a few things that I saw on test drive. Chris took care of them for no extra delivered to my farm a few days later. I put it right to work in the hay field. Very happy with tractor. Used for couple months developed a small leak at master cylinder Chris got me the parts and special brake fluid to repair still at no charge. Being an older tractor it is nice to see they go above and beyond. This is how a buying experience should be. Will be returning to buy more equipment for sure!

I had a great experience with BMG. Kip was so good and easy to work with I decided to buy a tractor and a mower. I felt like it was the kind of customer service that used to, but rarely still exists. Delivered by Chris who was also fantastic. Went over everything and the process was absolutely seamless. I made a great decision and got 2 awesome machines from Belle Meade. Absolutely love this place! Kip is incredibly welcoming and made the whole process easy. I got an appointment quickly, and they were able to identify and fix a grinding noise coming from my car, turns out it was a broken wheel bearing. Meanwhile, Audi charged me an outrageous diagnostic fee just to tell me everything was fine. These guys actually solved the problem. Highly recommend 100%!

I Will never go here again. Was overcharged and vehicle is still not properly fixed. Went in for a ball joint repair and left with a $908. Repair bill. Book labor hours for job is 1.2 hours. Belle mead garage charged me 4.5 hours at $155/ hour. Truck went in garage with no dash lights . Vehicle now has 2 dash lights direct related to repair and they returned the vehicle back to me this way. Truck was left there since 930am, all day for repairs and still not properly done. I dong trust this business and will never use them again. One and done. Never get my business again.

Great Experience! Here is the best auto repair I have ever seen! No matter price and tech, the people there are reliable and professional. You can trust them to repair your vehicle with reasonable and fair price. I really appreciate Belle's help and support there.

Traded out a BCS attachment with them. Started out great. Didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I'm glad I waited to review, as after leaving my attachment with them for the trade, I realized I left the male tang adapter (quick release) on it. Called them back and turns out it must have "vanished into thin air." I have to buy another one now as the new attachment hits the our tires without that extra few inches from the tractor. They say I must have taken it off before bringing it, but anyone who knows the part I'm talking about knows you have to break out some wrenches to take this off, which I clearly would have remembered. I gotta pay for another one now. Around $150. I'd say deal with them, but don't forget anything or it'll disappear. Glad it wasn't my wallet.

Friendly customer service. I had an appointment to have my oil changed while I waited. It only took about 25 minutes, pluse they checked my tires & breaks, which they said were all in good shape. Great 1st visit to this garage. I'll be back.

A dumpster fire of a business. Bought a truck 6 months ago was told they would fix little things, lights, windows, and etc. upon purchase. They have not fixed anything and the truck has been dropped off 3 different times. I don't even have the title because they failed to send it. When I call them, " ten minutes will call you back". They never do but catch an attitude when you call back the next day. Update been a year. They never fixed the truck. I have to go to another Mechanic to fix the empty promises made by belle mead. I trust Michigan tap water before this place. I called today and was told they would call me right back. Update 2 year update. It has been over a year since the last review. No attempt was ever made for them to fix it. 3 year review.

Local shop with incredible service. They are knowledgeable, take pride in their work and are very friendly. Kip is the nicest guy and will make you feel like family. Honestly, I can't say enough positive words about this place!

I brought my 48 commercial mower there to have the 3 deck spindles replaced. Everything seemed fine at first and the staff was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, I had 2 problems The final invoice was $250 higher than the estimate. When questioned, they said the estimate was for parts only; not the labor. The other issue is that the mechanic damaged one of the pulleys. When I brought this to their attention, they denied causing the damage saying it was already there. Little did they know: I took pictures of the mower before the machine went in for repair. Since they refused to take responsibility and did not offer a resolution, I had another shop make the repair. With help of my credit card company, I was able to get that amount deducted from the original invoice. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them and would advise you to go elsewhere.

Purchased an MF 2860 tractor and asked for a few custom touches (Ag tires and a third function kit). Took about a month to get these items in, which is really incredible considering the shortages of everything lately. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. Chris also spent a lot of time showing me the different models. I am very happy and look forward to doing business with them again!

Kip And his crew of expert mechanics have repaired my vehicles and tractor whenever something goes wrong and my shade tree skills don’t cut it. I needed new tires for my SUV and did not know which ones to choose so Kip made a recommendation of some nice Michelin tires and I have been happy with the decision and price I was charged. I always receive top-notch service, a smile and a greeting when I walk in. The prices are extremely fair, the service is extremely quick and the entire crew is as honest as the day is long.

Just purchased a new Massey Ferguson 1725mb from Kip. After speaking with Kip 5 hours later the new machine was delivered to my door by Chris. From start to finish of the transaction the staff was excellent to deal with. I would recommend if your in the market for a new machine to reach out to Kip or Chris they are very personable and offer lots of product knowledge.

always helpful, courteous and Kip goes out of his way to get the job done. This is my go to place for my Jeep repairs and service, and our other cars as well. Honesty is their attribute as well. When my car is repaired or serviced ,I do not have any problems thereafter. This is very important.

Had such a great car buying experience...not pushy at all very easy going and fair...the guy who helped us was Kip and he took pride in the cars he sells offers to fix any little dings or take off money... I was super impressed and plan on continuing to service my car with them! Update= they are so patient with me cause I get nervous about every little noise....thankfully they are quick to check and make sure my car is 100% safe....this place is awesome

We have older cars so we know this garage pretty well. Kip is always friendly, helpful and communicative. He explains the issue and gives us a fair price for repairs (yes, we check - we like him but we're not stupid). ;) Only have good things to say about this place for repairs. I don't understand the negative reviews but I guess you can't please everyone.

I have brought my vehicles to Belle Mead Garage for at least 10 years, and I find that everything about the business and individuals who run it is completely outstanding. I can confirm what others have said: that they do regularly go the extra mile, and that their work is top notch. I feel as much personal as business loyalty to them, and I can't imagine entrusting my vehicle to anyone else. It is very easy to understand why they have had a successful business for so many decades. As a bonus, their office area is very interesting to look at; it has much local and historical memorabilia that shows the depth of their connection to the community

My relationship with Belle Meade Garage has been by far the best service relationship I have ever had. We bought our 2004 Pacifica new from them. The fit and finish of the car was more than we could ask for. We have taken it there for service religiously since new and Kip has always been helpful, providing us with a loner if our car was needed over night. I highly recommend Belle Meade Garage to anyone who is looking for a garage that they can trust.
