My car decided to shed some of the front-end cladding at high speed while on the bypass near--fortunately very near--Stewart's Towing. Within minutes, they took charge of the car while I rented another to complete my journey to Vermont on a Thursday, ordered the new parts to be delivered Friday (before I even left their premises), promised my car would be ready on Monday when I returned to New Jersey. And it was ready. And it was beautiful--not just the replacement of the damaged front end but, just as frosting on the cake, a dazzling near-total-detailing that made me think I had a new car. I don't necessarily ever want to have to use them again, but if I do, I know I'll be in the best possible hands!

Extremely unprofessional. Did not call/alert when on route. Left without waiting even after explaining the situation. Explanation provided was 'i am prompt and one time' and when asked why there was not any prior communication to arriving, the response was 'not my problem'. Stay away at all costs Update: Stewart towing actually contacted Agero (tech company which provides a network of towers that insurance company deals with) and lied saying my car was delivered. Seems like this was done in spite, to waste my time. Car hasn't been towed although Stewart's Towing company stated that it was. Again, stay far away from this unprofessional company and spend your hard earned money (deductibles and such) elsewhere.

After the accident, I entrusted my Honda Pilot to Steve's team, and I do not regret it at all. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The repair was done flawlessly, and now my car looks and drives like new. Steve and his team are not only highly qualified professionals but also incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. It is clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. A huge thank you to Steve and the entire team!

My children and I were just harassed by a very emotional driver representing this company. He got upset because I passed him, with plenty of time. He began honking incessantly and dangerously following too closely to the rear end of my car. We stopped at a light and he honked over and over again to where all of the other cars were wondering what was going on and my children were frightened. I got out of my car to see what his problem was and he yelled at me to “put on my seatbelt” which was on the whole time and was super weird. This is psychopath behavior. He’s clearly unhinged and shouldn’t be on the road with the public. I called the office and reported him by giving them the license plate number but a manager “wasn’t available” for me to speak to at the moment.

I had an excellent experience with Juan when I needed help towing my car. He arrived quickly, was incredibly professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Juan was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped during a frustrating situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His company is reliable, efficient, and clearly values top-notch service. I’m very grateful for Juan’s help and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance!

Juan showed up for me when no other tow truck driver would, I waited 4:30 hrs for a tow and drivers kept canceling. Thanks to Juan my car will make it to the shop before closing time!!

Steve & his team were instrumental in helping me in an emergency situation. I had a headlight problem on my Honda CRV and Steve and his awesome co-worker provided a creative workaround that allowed me to travel on vacation while the replacement parts could be ordered for future installation. i would recommend this Stewart’s auto body team everyday of the year! Today, Juan, the driver lied to my daughter about having to pay a fee not covered by my roadside only to find out it was 100% paid by my insurance. Then told his employer it was a tip. He stole money by deception... we will be filing a police report if we don't get our money back.

Driver nice but seemed like it was an inconvenience. Should have got a quote before hand but got ripped off $218 for a tow to Flemington. Ridiculous. Get a quote first. Buyer beware. Have paid less for 3 x the distance.

Steve and his team provided an exceptional customer experience. Their work on my Tesla is impeccable where others said I’d need an entire door at about 6k, they made it look like it came from the showroom at a quarter of the price. Not only was their communication and workmanship 5 star, they fully detailed the car, in and out as part of the service. Talk about under promising and over delivering!!! Elias is amazing!! My car stalled and stopped and I contacted AAA. I was so lucky that Elias from Stewart’s towing company came to my rescue! He checked my vehicle and tried to get it restarted. When that didn’t work, he offered to tow my car to a mechanic. Since I didn’t have a good one, he recommended a garage he knew of who he highly recommended. He went out of his way to contact the mechanic and drove me and my car to the garage! The mechanic, Ronal, was excellent and professional and was able to fix my car! He immediately took the car and was repaired in a few days! Elias is such a great person and a professional!! Im so blessed to have met him!!! I wish there were more people like him in the world!

I had a flat tire and called AAA for a tow. They contacted Stewart’s to tow me. I called them twice to get an eta. Both calls gave me inaccurate information. Called back again after a promised eta and they said AAA canceled the request. I was really in a jam. I contacted AAA again and they said I canceled. Terrible experience with Stewart’s. The person who answered the phone was very unprofessional. I had to pay over 165.00 out of my pocket to call another tow service to get my car to repair by 6:00 pm. Very disappointed.

If you’re looking for 5 star service and peace of mind while getting body work done Stewart’s towing is the way to go. They took care of everything, they were honest, communicated well, and did an exceptional job. 10 out of 10 recommend! This isn’t the first time I’ve used them and won’t be the last! I took my 2011 Genesis to Stewart’s Collision in Belle Meade for auto body repair. The car needed new Hyundai factory parts and painting. Stewart’s not only repaired the damage when my car backed into another vehicle in a parking lot at a service location, they painted the new bumper three times (!) till it matched the color on the rest of my car! Outstanding customer service from Steve who responded immediately to each text and phone call. They would not tell me it was completed and ready for pick-up till it met THEIR standards. If they could match the color on my 12 year old car, they can match any car color! They are the very best at what they do and I highly recommend the Stewart’s team!

Helpful fast service. Very understanding and able to tow my car when they came for an initial jump. Went out of their way to help me with my situation and get it done quickly and with no hassle at all. Steve the New Guy very helpful as was their dispatch/management.

I was in a bit of a pickle after getting a flat tire, and after calling around to a few towing companies, I settled on Stewart’s and i’m so glad i did. they were so helpful over the phone, and initially gave me a two hour wait time, but were actually able to get a truck out to me in less than 30 minutes. the driver, Wayne, was absolutely amazing and professional. i highly recommend these guys to anyone needing any kind of service they offer. i’m so grateful for them coming in clutch to help me.
