Twisted Hat is an amazing dispensary. They’re always consistent with the products I like, and the staff makes you feel welcome every time. The gentlemen at the door are friendly and very professional. They call me ma’am. 😊 Keep up the great job!!
First. Could not recommend this place more. Second if you like vapes. Jersey Strong. Greatest vape ever. I dropped mine today in the road and it got ran over by a car. Still works fine. Didn't break. Thank you for supplying a wonderful product. Would highly recommend.

I will forever drive straight by this place and go to MD. The prices are absolutely absurd. Not one reasonable priced 3.5g. The customers who frequent this place must just not know better or have money to waste.
Update your website to say you are closed due to inclimate weather so people don't drive there needlessly. If store is closed we site should indicate that!

Well to start this off… I used to be a regular customer at the twisted hat. Visiting one or two times weekly… that is until I started getting chest infections from their products. First It was that their budtenders talked me into buying RSO instead regular concentrate which they told me and my friend to take home to put on our jays or in our bowls. First off… RSO is NOT SMOKABLE and second off why are the budtenders so uneducated and only care about making a sale and not their customers health, safety, and enjoyment? I guess that all goes out the window when the cash comes out of the customers pockets. $700 in medical bills later. I will NEVER be back and if you’re reading this… I recommend you NEVER stopping here either unless you want overpriced garbage MSO brand products….. oh and also another reason I’ll never be back, why was there a creepy white van unloading boxes after midnight a couple weeks ago when I drove passed?? Are they selling street products?… because why else would a delivery be coming so far outside of business hours? I work in the grow side of the industry and I can tell you right now deliveries DO NOT happen that late at night, ever.. Seems extremely sketchy to me. But I’ll still speak up for my community and urge you all to please not go here if you care about your health and where your money goes.
The place is nice! You can get a membership and accrue value points. Their selection is decent, but not always stocked.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are normal for a dispensary. They say they'll accept competitors coupons.
This dispensary is a good spot for edibles and pre rolls, but their carts and vapes are super overpriced compared to other dispensaries I visit, even when they have sales. But the great customer service from the budtenders and location makes up for it.
I’m pleased to say this is one of my favorite places to go for my products. Most recently I was helped by Colin, I had to return a product that was defective and he was able to get it swapped for me no questions asked. Personally I will be coming back regularly and I encourage anyone else to try them. Thank you Colin I appreciate you being so helpful, kind, and professional.
Just was doing a little browsing on local menus. You guys have zips of Ozone (ew) for $220, while another store has zips of Green Lightning for $160 that is 5 minutes away. Why would anyone shop here? Do you think consumers want mso products? We dont. You need to make a drastic change because you won't be able to keep up with your competitors. Things were different when you were the only store in the area, but now other stores are making you guys look terrible.

I do not take the time to fill out reviews for anything but for this dispensary I'll take the time out their customer service is A+ plus the deals or a plus the product is A+ . I recommend this place they could be a standard for other dispensaries to follow. Best dispensary hands down thank you
Prices are a little too high IMO.but pre rolls and Edibles are a fair price.Most recs are carrying the same things from what I’ve noticed.all NJ grown,even the cookies brand products apparently.Im Hoping to see some new products and price drops in the future👍🏽
Friendly staff! A ++++ Had a great stop and entertainment 1st thing this morning. I only wish the taxes were already included. Yes it was a great deal...but the tax holy cow sticker shock😭. We the budtenders talk about the sale item...They should make sure to say...+Tax. Otherwise a great little shop with some very outstanding Budtenders
The budtenders are welcoming and knowledgeable. I wish they had kiosks or iPads like other dispensaries. Also, the website doesn’t show the terp profile. You have to wait until there to read the labels. Other than that, minimal issues. Growfather sour diesel moonrock pre rolls *chef kiss*.
Jennifer checked me out today and this was the first time having her. She was so enthusiastic she helped me get the highest THC content hybrid flower and cart they had and I’m super excited to see her when I come back next week!! I’m going to continue being a weekly customer
The physical location and staff are excellent. I wish the website was more informative and accessible. I looked up”charger” for a vape and there were no results. I finally figured out it was “battery” and they resulted. I also would appreciate ratings and highlight the primary feelings they generate of all the cannabis they sell.
Good quality products, but dishonest policies or employees. They steal from me every time I go. They don't give my senior discount unless I ask for it. They offer 20% off on particular items, but take off a lesser percentage ($95. - 20% is $76, NOT $76.95)
Rounding up my amount due and keeping my change without asking. That is BS!! Same as stealing from me. Like you're not making enough money already!!

Every part of my experience of going to this shop was fantastic. My budtender, Jeffery K, was absolutely wonderful. He spent time answering all of my questions and helping me find the best products for my needs that fit my budget. Even the security person was very helpful and kind upon my entrance.
