If offered to take a picture of the factory rim, he stated he did not need it. Ok
They needed 2 days to get it. When I went to pick it up, wrong rim. Had to wait until the next day to get a refund, I guess no one there knows how to work the credit card machine!!!!!!

Had to drive almost 45 minutes to get parts that they don’t even have but they decided to Lie To me And say We have them!

I've dealt with this company before it was Crown, for more years than I can remember, foreign and domestic models. They've kept my cars running long beyond their expiration dates.
When they finally died, this was their final resting place.

This place has saved me loads of money, I’ve been going here because the market for new parts for my Sonoma is expensive. They got affordable prices here and they have helped me with multiple parts for my car. Love you guys
Horrible service, called about a headlight for my vehicle and was told that the headlight that I would try to salvage is not interchangeable with the line of car that I have, person on the other end immediately hung up on me twice while I was trying to derive information on where I could find/what my options were for that headlight.
WARNING, DO NOT TRUST YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Jason sold me 71,000 miles engine for $870 with 3 year warranty; I ordered this engine. To my bad surprise, I received an engine with 149,000 miles, the receipt showing $600 price, but they charged $923 on my receipt, even though they texted me that shipping would be free. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!. Upon receipt, I told the seller to take it back because I have no use for such an old engine with 149,000 miles. The seller offered discounts for me to buy the 149,000 miles old engine; I refused his offers and repeatedly asked him to take it back. I have repeatedly called and I have texted him to refund my credit card and take the engine back but the seller Jason hasn't -and it has been 3 months.
I needed doors for my 2002 Subaru, my friend drove 2+ hours to get the doors, plus money spent with my mechanic, just so he could tell me they were totally the wrong doors (“03/05” on the door, supposed to be off a 2004). Waste of time, waste of money, and they were nasty and hung up on me. No offer of refund, said I had to bring them back and maybe they’d find other doors.. why, If they can’t give me the right ones in the first place?? Totally Unprofessional.
Great outfit to deal with in a salvage scenario. Easy pickup of vehicle and fair transaction. Hope not to have too many salvage vehicles in my life, but when I do these are the guys to deal with.

I agree with other reviewers that these guys are a bit rough around the edges, but they seemed helpful enough to me. It's a junkyard after all. We drove for over an hour to get there because they had the best price we could find for the parts we needed. It's located in a real nice part of New Jersey which made it even better. I needed a couple parts they didn't have but they gave me suggestions on where to look. I'd do business there again.
Apparently don't like money. Was told that they wouldn't sell me a part because it's not something he was going to "allow". They must not like money, surely won't ever get any of mine.
I have bought a few parts and things from these guys, they were fair to deal with, responsive by phone, and the parts were in the shape they were represented to be in. A few times they forgot to return calls, but that is the nature of the business, they are on the run, so I understand it even though I don't really like it.
Mean person that works there, I asked if he had some parts and he seemed to not want to answer anything I asked about or let me look for parts in the yard
Called for a part.... the guy that answered told me he wouldn’t send his guy out there in the snow for that particular item! Really. Is this a business that wants to make money????
Prices are a bit high for somethings and low for others. 35 dollars for a leather door panel (with radio and all trim included) is fantastic, but 20 dollars for a switch that comes out in 10 seconds is a bit high. Service is good but sometimes I feel like I am getting raked for certain things. Price shop around before coming here.
I needed an electrical connector to a sensor. Called up, they didn't have my year and said I would need to check with the dealer to see if it would fit. I asked if he could just pull it and I can come look; it's a measly electrical connector. He responded I should check with the dealer before wasting anyone's time. Wow, two minutes to clip some wires and unplug, can't be bothered.
NJ Auto Wreckers is a big warehouse of cars... I found here all we were looking for, but now we have a little trouble with a cabin that we bought and that was impossible to move it... so we are waiting to talk with mr. Robert Stark to solve this problem, because he is a good person...
Fast and efficient; if they don't have what you need, they find it and have it within a few days at most. Prices are low and product quality is excellent..
