I don’t recommend this place to sell your vehicle!!! Pays so cheap and if you go here to buy parts the will be an eye he sell as brand new parts. Even after market have better price than this guy

Told this guy I needed a headlight plug for a lci 2018-2020 4 series. He gives me an older model probably 2015-2017 pre lci xenon plug says it works for all. I get to my electrician we try multiple ways to wire it up. No light. I call back trying to get an exchange or refund all I get is a recommendation to another shop and no refund on what he said should work. He charged me 65 for just that plug and not being able to help otherwise is unacceptable to me if I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would
PLEASE STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE AND THIS GUY JOHN, I bought from him a 4 thousand dollars rebuild Engine , I went to other mechanic to install it and it didn’t work, started poping up codes of VANOS and a lot more of them , he used cheap oil to do a flush on the car and after that again started failing even more , I contacted him and he told me he blocked my number from everywhere and he is not taking any responsibility on the engine even after telling me I had 6 month warranty,the engine didn’t even work on the first day, JOHN IS A THEFTS DONT GO THERE ,THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPIERENCE I COULD EVER HAD
This guy over there (the rude man I assume he is the owner). I asked him many times if this will fit my car, he told me yes and I am a 100% sure. He ripped me off and gave me a part that doesnt fit into my car, and when I called him and asked him to give me my money back and I return him the part, He told me I only can replace it with another one, but I already got one from a nearby autozone due to my car was at the mechanic shop and it was undrivable. Stay away from these guys, they are dishonest.
Very bad service it something wrong with the owner very unhappy people don't recommend... don't have a credit card machine just cash bad.. he's got big space and he don't want you park inside why?? We here to make business no visit... some things are bad trash and somethings are expensive..
I’ve used Yan before… this guy finally got me. He sold me “A1” doors from an X5 “with not even 1000 miles”. I had my transport guy bring them and they were garbage. They had been painted before with heavy body work. These doors are made of aluminum so you can’t just slap bondo on them. $2500 worth of trash.
At pickup my guy called me that they didn’t look like brand new, Yan got on the phone to tell me he had 25 years of experience with body work and my guy doesn’t know what he is talking about. I told him that I’d rather just take the one door that looks better. He tells me he wants to now charge me retail for the one door because he already moved the doors for me. I had sent him a $1000 deposit days before in good faith so I can pick them up when he had the parts moved for me.
Absolute scumbag. I don’t leave many reviews. Yan is sewing bad seeds that will come back to get him. What a terrible way to do business. I guess having a Lambo is so expensive you have to start screwing people over.
Terrible Customer Service. I was calling to see an engine they had for sale and this lady had a nasty attitude on the phone. Didn’t work with me at all and banned me for calling for a auto part. Don’t recommend!!!
Poor service had to replace my part 3 times because of they’re in capability of making sure an item is in good condition very careless business do not recommend.
My overall experience with Bavarian auto parts was extremely pleasant since my very first phone call to The shop Chris the operator was very helpful and informative. Then on to John who handles all the BMW parts . They truly are exceptional at what they do . I got a good engine from them at a reasonable price . Very honest and hard working people . I’m glad I took the hour and half drive down there because now I found a spot to get all my parts for my car at fair prices . John is very patient and knowledgeable about all his parts . He explains everything step by step and answers all questions . Highly recommend them . Will return !!
These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The reviews do not lie. I would highly recommend them. I didn't get the guys name, but he was able to locate a part that I was looking for within seconds.
These guys know the true definition of customer service. Chris, did not have the part I was looking for. So, instead he searched through other vendors to find the part i was looking for. No one else I called even offered to that. (Even through they all have the same Data-Base)! I highly recommend them, not only that the actually know BMW's. Unlike a lot of these other guys out there.

drove 4.5 hours from virginia to pick up some parts for my totaled E92, they were cool on the phone and even had the parts pulled and ready for pick up on a saturday for me. Definitely gonna be buying from them in the future

Ordered a front bumper with them, the part was good but the dimensions they gave me for the shipping label were almost twice the size when the box came in. Now have to pay a fortune for the shipping adjustment fee and the manager is not willing to help at all. Won’t recommend to order with this salvage yard!
