This junkyard has no idea how to treat customers. From the moment I called, the staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like they were doing me a favor by answering basic questions. When I arrived in person, it got worse—
They clearly don’t care about customer service or professionalism. If you’re looking for a place that values your time and money, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other yards that actually want your business.

These people are scam. They have bunch of facebook account and all of them gives different price for same price. When you make a deal with them on facebook and you go pick up the parts. There are more people that don‘t wanna give you with this price and they ask double. Also they offer you for same parts with the price they deal with you on facebook but with damage parts. Its like you rent a van to pick up the parts and they put you in a situation that you have to buy the damage parts. Totally scam!!! They all scammer!!! Don't buy any parts from them. They are all scammer!!!
Hello everyone I just want to say Art at R&S Auto Parts is a fantastic business. I went there because I needed a new window for the driver's side of a Chevy Malibu 2011. Yes, he had it at and very reasonable price. But he also told me of a great place where I could have them put the window in at a reasonable price too. Lorenzo's window Auto Shop Ricky put it in and I'm a very happy woman. You know today most people don't take that extra mile in helping people. Especially when we need it the most. Well for this senior citizen, it was appreciated what the gentleman Art did for me. So I say

If I could give 0 starts I would. VERY rude and disrespectful. I will never be doing business with this establishment. Not sure how you can run a business that way.
Came here at 8am on Friday. Because that is the time they open. No one is here place has been closed. They should put a sign or an answering machine that will tell let customers know they won’t be here. Never coming back here again. Highly irresponsible
