They refuse to issue a refund on parts if they don't have them. I've made over 100 calls since April 7, 2022 to get my money back. The office of the Attorney General of Minnesota has also tried to get them to issue a refund, but they have refused to answer their calls and letters. WARNING do not do business with them!!! UPDATE: OEM AUTO PARTS as of Feb.27, 2024, HAS NOT issued a refund yet. I've used AARP (Legal Aid) in Minnesota and New Jersey in an attempt to get my refund of $185.00. UPDATE : JUNE 8, 2024, OEM AUTO HAS NOT ISSUED A REFUND!!! THEY ARE LYING !!! I WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW UNTIL THEY DO. I'M 74 YEARS OLD, ALL I WANT iS MY $185.00 THAT THEY OWE ME...BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO ORDER FROM OEM PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
Scam! Ordered since a couple weeks, no confirmation email (the payement was taken) and now no parcel at all.
They wanted a picture of our check so when they deliver the part we can hand it to the driver. They mobile deposited the check and won't answer the phone, text or email. We started a fraud case against them.
