Having a lot of trouble getting a hold of these people. Do not pay extra for priority handling … they are not delivering as promised. I have no choice but to go to some areas near me that sells used parts since I need to the parts in the next few days. If they don’t respond by tomorrow I will have to involved Delaware OIG.
They refuse to issue a refund on parts if they don't have them. I've made over 100 calls since April 7, 2022 to get my money back. The office of the Attorney General of Minnesota has also tried to get them to issue a refund, but they have refused to answer their calls and letters. WARNING do not do business with them!!! UPDATE: OEM AUTO PARTS as of Feb.27, 2024, HAS NOT issued a refund yet. I've used AARP (Legal Aid) in Minnesota and New Jersey in an attempt to get my refund of $185.00. UPDATE : JUNE 8, 2024, OEM AUTO HAS NOT ISSUED A REFUND!!! THEY ARE LYING !!! I WILL CONTINUE TO UPDATE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW UNTIL THEY DO.
I'M 74 YEARS OLD, ALL I WANT iS MY $185.00 THAT THEY OWE ME...BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO ORDER FROM OEM PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
If I could put no stars I would, since ordering the item, which was the wrong part from them not the part i ordered, they did not want to help in any way, shape, or form. They do not pick up the phone, the phone number is a waste of time. They use email for responses
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
They wanted a picture of our check so when they deliver the part we can hand it to the driver. They mobile deposited the check and won't answer the phone, text or email. We started a fraud case against them.
