One of the worst car garages ever. Dishonest owner and also doesn't answer your calls or messages. Terrible experience. Bubbling around paint that flaked off as soon as it was done. Scratches to interior. Seal completely ruined around the door fixed. Don't bring your car there.
I brought my car in to get repaired. First of all I can't believe I got my car in one full week's time. They worked on it for 7 full days. It came back 100 % amazing! I am so pleased at the work that was done on my car. I didn't think the pinstripe was going to be done correctly as I do get it done from someone that only does pin striping that comes from New York State. It is PERFECT! I want to thank everyone that worked on my car as it looks like I just pulled it out from the showroom.

Extremely courteous and professional. Repairs were made in a short amount of time and my car was given back to me in pristine condition. Definitely would recommend Ben's Auto Body if you need to repair a car that was in an accident.

Okay so not only did they replace all the body work on my car in record time without a single snag, but they returned my vehicle to me in nicer condition than when I bought the thing. Unreal service. Can’t recommend enough.
I have used Bens twice for my Porsche Cayenne turbo both times it was pretty bad so the time frame was not ideal but bens did a great job repairing the vehicle both times. You can not rush quality work.
I would recommend them anytime for body repairs.

By far one of the best experiences. They made sure to follow up with me at least twice a week and provided me with detailed information about the status of repair. Brothers car was in a parking lot when an 18 wheeler pulled in and drove over the side panel and rear causing significant damage. Surprised insurance didn't total it. In any case our biggest worry were the sensors after the hit. The vehicle would randomly sense something in front of it and slam the brakes hard pulling to a stop even on the highway. Brought the car to Ben's and in 3 weeks they repaired it factory fresh. Even detailed the inside, you could never tell the car had been hit. They have earned a new customer, thanks guys.
I have only received the best service and highest quality of work with Ben’s. After a significant car accident, my insurance had me use another body shop and even with multiple visits my car was still not working properly and the body work didn’t look quite right. I worked with my insurance to take my car to Ben’s. They properly diagnosed all the issues and fixed them in a timely manner. My car looked and ran like a brand new car!
Work is as expected for a high end repair shop but Customer Service is horrible. Consistently failed to communicate during a long, expensive (covered) repair job. Also, make sure you check the car carefully when you pick it up, because forget about post-service care....too "busy" to finish the job once the check clears from the insurance company.
Bens Auto did a beautiful job on my BMW the best in the business with great customer service and ownership. I was constantly updated with progress on my vehicle and it came out incredible. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Bens auto body did an excellent job with the auto body repair on my 2021 bmw m340. They had very good communication throughout the process and ended the work with an amazing interior/exterior detail. They have been extremely cooperative with my aftermarket parts and sourcing them. Would definitely recommend to owners who have accidents with modified cars!
I worked with Chris the manager and he did a superb job with my car. Parts take a long time but they did a great job in not just fixing my car but even getting it detailed before returning it to me. Chris and the team are all amazing and I highly recommend taking your car there if you've been in an accident. The car looks better than brand new!
Just picked up my 14 Supercharger Range Rover Sport from them after a front end accident. Let me tell you, they did an AMAZING job! Excellent service! Chose bens as they always deal with high end cars so I know their quality had to be top notch! First time I went by bens was for my BMW that got rear ended bens put my car better than when I purchased it from the dealer! Recommend Bens auto body. Came back as I have another car that encountered a deep scratch that was in the paint. Chris put my Volvo like new! Beautiful results! Job is done in a reasonable time. Professionally blended in my paint. My car is like new again!

My wife was stopped at a red light and hit from behind by a full size pick up truck. The accident ruined the bumper and did a number on the hatch (which wouldn't even open anymore) on our new Ford focus hatchback. Our insurance company works with Ben's so we did some research and they suggested to be the best iron to go with. We had a pleasant experience with the staff when dropping the car off and explaining the situation. The work wound up taking a few weeks, but that's about what we expected between having to order parts and the time for the labor itself. We've had the car back now for several weeks and couldn't be happier with both thr visual aspects if the job they did as well as the functional. The hatch is back to brand new. Ben's did a great job.
After hitting a pothole and wrecking my alignment I was miserable. But then I was referred to Ben's Auto Body and they constantly reassured me everything would be fine. They kept in constant contact, answered all my questions and even returned my rental car for me when my car was ready. They also did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. Their customer service surpassed my expectations when dealing with car repairs and hopefully I will not have to use them again but they will be who I call.
Ben's Auto Body is absolutely the best! A few months ago I had an accident and needed to get some body work done. Liberty mutual referred me here since they are Audi certified and I can’t say enough good things! They fixed my car in a timely manner (quicker than I anticipated); it looked brand new! I was very happy with the results.
Since my warranty recently ended I gave Chris a call to check out my steering wheel which was stiffing as I was driving. Chris was nice enough to wait for me and stay a few minutes after 5pm to check out my car. The cost to fix my car was pricey since its Audi. However, being that I just ended my warranty I called my Audi dealer to see if they could help me out and they were kind enough to give me a break this one time. If they didn’t, I would have 100% have had Chris and his team fix my car. He was understanding of my decision. He’s not the type of person to “rob” you like a lot of body shops do. The customer service here is top notch! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Chris!
These guys are by far the best auto body shop I have encountered. I had them repaint my whole front end and install a new aftermarket fiberglass hood on my 98 Trans am. I expected great work, because Bens deals with extremely high end cars on a daily basis. (For instance, they were working on an Audi R8 when I picked up my car) but what I got went above and beyond that. These guys really care. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was treated like a freind, not a customer. When I got my car back, they had not only done the work I asked, but also touched up numerous spots around my car, and buffed it to a mirror shine to boot. The end result was a car that looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. I wish I could post some pictures on here, it's that good. If your hesitating to send your car to them, don't. These guys are the real deal, and genuine, hard working people. They will take care of you. Thank you again guys
The best auto body service I encountered in more than 20 years! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and superb craftsmanship. My car looks as good as the day it came from Germany, thanks to Ben, Chris and staff. Highly recommended.
