Julio and his team were fantastic. They got me some 35x12.5x20 tires after calling on a Friday at noon I was shopping around but no one was willing to squeeze me in but these guys. Truly great full for the help and will be a returning customer for sure!!!!

I visited this service center to address a leak in my rear tire. I was shown a nail in the tire that I was told was unrepairable. The cost for a new tire was $500.00, including a $60.00, “protection” fee. I called Mavis. A new tire there, fully installed, was $369.00. The folks at Mavis repairs the tire for $42.00. Mavis, you have a loyal customer. Firestone, or at least this center, not so much.

It took two hours without the evaluation to put on two new tires. I was willing to come back another time if it was going to take a long time. I was assured it would not. The tires weren’t even cleaned in the end.

Firestone, work was great. The only advice I give is to make your appointment ahead of time to allow them the time to fit you into their schedule appropriately. They were able to put me in the last minute, which cause my vehicle to be there all day. Other than that great service. I was sent an invoice letting me know what was going on with my vehicle and that the technician should be contacting me shortly. Thank you, Firestone!
