Chester Collision did a wonderful job painting the front bumper of my 1990 Corvette ZR-1 with only 6,500 miles on it. Jerry the owner and the staff always go above and beyond for their clients! I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for collision work or your classic for some paint and bodywork!

I am so happy that I brought my car here to be repaired. They actually completed my car faster than what they told me, which is unheard of for auto shops. They made the process very simple and did an amazing job. It looks like nothing ever happened. The car also came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. I am very impressed.

My car was hit from behind recently and Chester Collision took care of all the details, worked with the insurance company and was incredibly professional and friendly. The work was meticulous! I got the car back cleaner than when I dropped it off and you can't tell it was hit. I highly recommend them Jerry and staff!

This was my second time using Chester Collision & Auto Restoration (both times for deer hits). They were so accommodating with helping me get into a rental. The quality of work was top notch. Staff kept me updated on repair progress and when they felt repairs would be completed. They had car finished 2 days earlier then anticipated. I was involved in an accident a few months ago and my car was towed here not by my choice. After doing a google search I was worried about the previous reviews and was nervous about my car and the thought of never seeing it again lol. But man could those reviews be more wrong. Jenna explained to me that the auto body shop has nothing to do with totaling vehicle and it is all up to the insurance company to run the numbers and decide if the car is repairable... mine was not. Working with the insurance company was a nightmare but Ron and Jenna answered any questions I had. Their technician, Giuseppe (I believe his name was), even helped me get my car door open and crawled over the broken glass so I didnt have too. Also, big thanks to Jerry for meeting me on a Saturday to sign the release form because I work long hours during the week! My long-winded review aside lol, this is a great shop with even better people! Definitely would and will recommend, they even have my friends car there now!

I was referred to this body shop from another local business in the area, who highly recommended them. The office manager Jenna was very helpful and understanding, she did advise they were scheduling out a few weeks. I was ok waiting, there were some delays on parts needed for the repair, but Jenna kept me updated weekly. I am very happy with the repairs and my car looks great. They detailed the car as well and it looked like new. I will recommend this body shop.

Jerry at Chester Collision was great. I had a tail light and bumper fixed. He was very accommodating when he was busy and booked up knowing I needed to get my repair done quickly. He provided options for multiple solutions and got everything completed quickly and did a phenomenal job. Before going to see the car I asked how it looked and he said it looked "acceptable". Well Jerry has really high standards because it looked phenomenal! I would highly reccomend!

Brought my focus here no problem, the dude who did the estimation was a complete and udder tool, the owner Jerry, Wonderful dude. Literally the only reason its not a 1 star review is because of the owner. Edit after a conversation with Jerry, the situation has been discussed and has been remedied.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend this body shop. After having a run in with a deer my car had pretty extensive front end damage. I used this recommend body shop and found this experience so easy. The staff at Chester Collision and Auto Restoration are so very friendly and accommodating! They explained all the repairs being done to my vehicle and when it would be completed. Well my car was done ahead of schedule and the work was impeccable! My car has never looked so good. I even had peace of mine to see they even disinfected the interior of my car! I hope to never have to use a body shop in the near future but, if I have to: I will choose Chester Collision and Auto Restoration!!!

I called Chester Collision and found that the day I called it was a new owner, Jerry. Jerry listened to my concerns about the repair and helped me with the insurance company and then navigated my family through the repair. Jerry, Tina, and Jenna kept us informed every step of the way about what was going on and informed us of any issues along the way. When we got the car back it looked so much better then when we dropped it off. It looked brand new both inside and out. If we ever need to have work done on a car again I will be going back to Chester Collision in a minute. Thank you to Jerry and the gang there not only did the car look fabulous but, it was returned earlier then we expected it!

Do NOT take your car here! We were involved in a fender bender and the woman who’s car we hit took her car here. As I was going to be responsible for the repairs I was dealing with Ron myself. He was completely rude on the phone. When I delivered him the bank check to pay for the repairs he threw the receipt at me! The car was 2 weeks beyond the time that they said it would be fixed. And when the owners went to finally pick it up it wreaked of cigarette smoke. She found a half smoked cigarette in the ash tray! Unacceptable! Stay away!

I agree stay away from Chester Collision. They took my NAVIGATION DISK when they fixed my mercedes rear glass. They messed up my all my windows power. I could not lock or closed car doors. I called and bring it right back in an hour but they could not fixed it. They called me a week later. I have to took my car to Neuton dealer of mercedes to fixed my window power. They have no experience about mercedes. They took the job and over charges me too. and ruin my beautiful mercedes. I don't recommend for anyone.

MAJOR UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW! As I said below, when Chester Collision fixed my bumper there was one area that we thought could be tenuous. Fast forward FOUR MONTHS, and I had them take a look at it. With a smile, they said, "Let me bring it to the back..." Brought it back, said "I made an adjustment and it's all good... have a great day! Do you know many businesses that stand by their work for months on end? I don't. Again, Couldn't recommend them more highly. 10 stars! Here's my original review: First, please read the one other review on here that's one star. Couldn't be more misleading, though I'll tell you it made me nervous. I needed a new bumper. Ron walked me through the options of how/what to order, got it in, called with one concern when he found previous work that had concealed (poorly) a previous issue, installed, painted, etc, within 3 days. PERFECT. When I had one question, he took the time to double check my question, offered to do even more work to my vehicle if it would satisfy, but really, it wasn't needed. Again, PERFECT. Start to finish, I am VERY satisfied with this shop, which I only went to because I drove past it. SO glad I did! Would recommend to ANYONE.

Stay away- awful, overpriced service. Don't come here unless you want to never see your car again. Drove my car in to replace headlight and bent hood (pic. shown) from a car accident. They gave me a quote which seemed high but was accepted by my insurance,. Then a week later I'm told it was going to cost even more as there was more damage. I wanted to take it somewhere else to get another quote but they took my car apart. It was in pieces and they wouldn't put it back together again! I drove it in just fine I should be able to drive it out especially since they couldn't even give me a proper quote in the first place! My insurance deemed it totaled but I should have been able to get it fixed at a reasonable price and gotten many more years out of the car. I bet my car was sold for parts to the highest bidder in the end. I have never had such a bad experience with a body shop before.
