  I had called and spoke to Jack at 9AM. He was so nice and helpful. He explained to me about the value and helped me understand what my car was really worth. He gave me more than I thought. He made me extremely happy with answering all my questions and contacting me about the time of the pick up. I've contacted a few others about getting rid of my truck and they were so quick to get me off the phone and take advantage of me and my situation. If you have a car to get rid of I would recommend giving them a call. I had money in my hand and the car was gone in less than an hour. Can't beat that.
