I called around to a few different towing companies tonight to get my truck towed from my house over to all-American Ford in Point Pleasant, NJ. Not a very far distance at all. Nica Towing gave me the best customer service out of all the places I had called and gave me the best price and they were here within an hour of when I called them. The driver was friendly and had no problem getting my truck onto his tow truck. It was a quick and easy ordeal. Will definitely use them again in the future if I recommended them to anyone in the point pleasant, brick, Lakewood, area 👍🏻

It took them less time to answer, respond, get to me, and tow my cars (two of them) than it took me to put my leaking spare tire on yesterday. Amazing service speed and the price was very reasonable for 2 cars to go 10 minutes away. Yesterday I was upset and anxious that my spare was leaking, today I’m happy with how smooth it was to get where I needed to be.

I broke down Today and called Nica Towing, he quoted me a very reasonable price but was very busy and said it would probably be about an hour before he could be there. I said I would call him back if I could not find someone sooner. Well, I tried Freedom and they told me it would be 50 dollars more than Nica towing and they too would be at least an hour. Needless to say, I called Nica Towing right back to go with them. The driver was very personable, and he was there in about 40 minutes. very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Waited for about two hrs stranded for them to pick up my job and then cancel on me no lie! within 15 mins. And they said to continue waiting for another company to pick up my job. I cancelled on them, and started googling. I found this company and Nicca was there in less then 10 mins. Absolutely amazing. Not only that my insurance then had the nerve to tell me they can’t refund my money bc they needed my car info on the receipt, the date on it wasn’t enough. Nicca then was kind enough to make me another receipt with my cars license plate and vin number so that my insurance can refund me my money. I can’t thank him enough. This guy is awesome my Jeep transmission blew up on rt70 in Lakewood middle of the day tons of traffic. I was dead on the side of the road I called him he was there in literally 10 minutes. Took less than 2 minutes to get it on the truck. I also needed to change the location of where I needed it dropped off last minute and he said no problem and towed it to a different town for an extremely fair price. Had it back off the truck in under a minute. Will definitely use these guys again.

I was stranded in Lakewood with a dead car 80 miles from home, the day before Thanksgiving, having slept in it the night before. After being told the price for 2.2 mile trip, he said he never heard of the garage and mid trip I asked if he knew a place that worked on Prius's. He said his personal mechanic was good. We talked on the phone and he took me there for no additional price, since it was in Lakewood.
The mechanic got my car driveable for less than the tow, so I made it home safely!
