Should stay away! Came to buy a used car for my sister who is a new driver. The car she wanted happened to have a busted bumper. Asked for some money off due to the damage and the car salesman said it was from someone hitting it on the way out. He did not give us any money off, but offered to have their mechanic fix it when they came back in. Came back the next week, said mechanic had already left. Came back AGAIN the week after and there was no mechanic for the day so he advised me to call ahead of time. I attempted to call the day before I was free (no answer and it was a Saturday). Came back in person and was told OWNER was having title issues with the place so they have no mechanic and to have some patience. I AM COMPLETELY OUT OF PATIENCE!! Happened to meet another man there who said he has been waiting for his plates for over two months after paying for a car in full. That really should have been the last red flag. The salesman who remembers who I am at this point, told me he would call me in a week or two to bring the car in. 3 weeks later and no call. Today we came back in person only to find out THEY CLOSED AND MOVED LOCATIONS! Now they refuse to fix the car they originally told us they would do and are claiming they never sold us that car even though our paper work and business card say otherwise. STAY CLEAR FROM BUSSINESS!

Jersey Motors is great. I bought a Lexus RX 350 from them several years ago. The car was clean and priced right. The sales process was smooth and stress free.
I’ve been taking it for routine service to the Lakewood Shop for sometime now. The recent trip was because I heard the brakes squeak.
The guys diagnosed the problem and replaced all 4 brake pads. That’s all they said it needed. I’ve been to other places where I would have been sold rotors or a master cylinder. No worries here. I know I’m not going to get “laid out”.

I do not recommend this place, I recently bought a car and took it to my mechanic and it needs a lot of work to be done, one thing after another and have been putting a lot of money already. These cars are not worth the price, they even gave me broken keys and didnt even fixed that before selling it to me. Please go to another dealer instead. I don't have no reason to lie or hurt any business just speak the truth , we all work hard and save our money for some people to take advantage.

Willie and his staff treat everyone like family and I couldn't give them a better rating then 5 stars or I would. Ive done both the purchase and repair and am now a loyal customer for life.
This place sold me a car that was worked on very carelessly according to the mechanic where it is currently being serviced. I have already put $1,000 into the car and it still needs more done to it. I have only had this car for about 5 months. Do not waste your money here, you will end up trapped with a money pit of a car! I am very disappointed in this place as I thought I wanted to come back again. :( Very sad.
I bought a car for a family member here on 3/30/23 and I was VERY IMPRESSED with the customer service I received! There was no pressure to buy a car on the spot, though I actually ended up doing so! The process was streamlined, efficient, and my salesman was meticulous, professional, empathetic, extremely open and honest about his cars. This experience genuinely made me feel comfortable to buy a car on the spot, without hesitation. It's really nice and a breath of fresh air to have an easy and honest car buying experience.
Overall, my experience entailed no nonsense, no pressure, no drama, no hidden fees, no jiu jitsu sales tactics, and no sitting in a showroom for HOURS waiting for a deal to end or a manager holding me hostage to buy a car. So far the lady that called me on phone was very polite and very professional I’m interested in buying car but after reading the reviews I might think again! I did notice most of the cars have body damage so it’s smart to check the car fax to find out if car was in accident
But I was wondering why they only open 3 times a week and to travel all the way from Bayonne that’s a lot
They need to have other options like “in house financing”
I originally went to see about a car that they told me over the phone was available just to go there and the the owner said he didn't know who said it was available because it was sold weeks prior. I went to purchase a different car only to find out the engine was blown and have a vary of other problems. than he tried to get me into another car which was dirty , leather interior was ripped up and had way more miles, so i said no. Than he said he can get the engine fixed as long as i pay 1000 to get it fix while he takes care of everything else and i said ok. That was a month ago and i haven't heard from him since. He only wound up taking my info and bs'n. Maybe he was mad i wouldn't purchase the other car he wanted to put me in or he didn't like me in general but BUY OR BEWARE, those cars are cheap because the quality of the cars are horrible. They are dirty disgusting cars with alot of mechanical and body damage. Very CROOKED dealer...
