My experience with Barinas was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish Laurie and Joe helped me through the process of dealing with insurance when my car was totaled in an accident. I barely had to deal with insurance at all, as Laurie communicated for me. Even after the insurance company decided to total my car, and that they would not be making repairs, they continued to navigate me through the process. Truly, a professional and courteous operation.

I had been in a car accident and had my car towed to a garage by the police department. I then had my car towed to Barina Automotive and could not have been happier with that decision. Joe and his entire staff made a difficult situation easy and took car of both my car and I throughout the entire process. I'd swear that my car looked better than it did before the accident. I was in a pretty bad car accident back in January 2024 and not only did Barina automotive tow my car to their facility and aid me in getting my claims taken care of in a timely manner they also provided me with a quality rental. When I did finally get my hands on my “new” used car they were amazing enough to help my dream come true and paint it my favorite color!! Purple! I’ve always wanted a purple car and my recent brush with death made me realize I got to start checking off my bucket list. I used Barina automotive for repair of my car from a hit and run type accident. Joe, the owner, was a very nice man, who assured me the car would be repaired the right way. He was so accommodating to my needs, as I wasn’t close by, his son came to my house and even where I worked few times to pick up and return my car. You would never know the car had an accident at all! The outside and inside were clean and looked fantastic!! His receptionist Laura was also very nice and helpful to speak to. They gave me a loaner to use and the car was repaired sooner than anticipated!!!
I first met the owner Joe when I needed an estimate for fender damage when a neighbor backed into my car. He was very professional, and his estimate to repair was reasonable. I decided to have the repair done at his shop. I just picked up the car yesterday. His crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. I have been dealing with Barina Automotive Services for years. They are like family. Recently my mom had a issue where she needed body work and a taillight repair. It had caused a bit of stress for her to deal with the whole process. Joe and his team made her feel comfortable and presented a very friendly atmosphere. She was so impressed. A few months ago I had a car accident and my car was towed to them.
I was pretty shaken up but was glad no one was hurt. Shortly after I met the owner Joe Barina. I was surprised to be treated with such professionalism, kindness and respect. At that point I did not know if my car was going to be repaired or totaled. Joe was honest, straightforward and explained the whole process in detail. I was far away from home and he arranged for me to get one of his loner cars. As I sat in his office I observed how Joe treated his staff and how friendly everyone was to each other. Customers were coming in asking for Joe, almost like family. I got the feeling that he treats everyone like VIP and I felt lucky that by shear luck my car was towed to his place.. As it turned out my car was totaled and once again Joe helped me through that as well.
