This service actually sucks lol they only tow whenever it’s convenient for them but when you call cause someone’s parking where they shouldnt they don’t do anything about it. Clearly they don’t have anything better to do.
As board president of a condominium association this company has done a great job removing cars that either don’t belong on the association property or abandoned.
Está compañía es un asco , se robaron mi vehículo de mi parqueadero , No le debo dinero a nadie ( título limpio) . No tienen ninguna justificación para hacerlo. Y ahora me están cobrando $315 dólares por llevarse mi carro sin mi autorización, además de eso ocasionándole daños a la pintura . Son totalmente irresponsables. No me hicieron ningún inventario al momento de tomar el vehículo.
They have got to be one of it not the worst tow company I’ve ever had to deal with. Called to get my car towed at 5pm and they didn’t bother to post updates or anything on the matter. Called 3 times in 4 hours and got no customer service ended up calling another tow truck to get it done and they got here in 30 minutes. Super inefficient and I would NEVER recommend this company.
Tried to get my car towed as my alternator died, they asked if I could put my car into neutral, said not without turning the car on. They said they didn't have a truck suited to work with that even though I am pretty sure that is standard amongst cars and hung up. Called my AAA and they sent a tow truck through these guys, said the truck would be there by 12:21 AM, by 1:40 they still weren't there and as I am typing this at 2:24 AM they didn't pick it up. AAA tried calling them and they didn't answer the phone or update them. Long story short, in a pinch these are not the people you want to call as they can't even reliably keep contact with a roadside assistance agent let alone a normal person.
Called multiple times over the span of 2 weeks to get commercial vehicles out of Residencial areas and they never came waiting over 3 hours each time and still never came i gave them the make and model of the cars the license plates and what business there from and still nothing and this is in coventry drive so i just gave up and haven't even tried ever since to call them
Update: i once again called them to tow a car at 7p.m. and i waited 11 hours for nothing had to wake up the neighbors to move there car that was double parked was told lastnight at 12 that they were an hour away but i wake up at 6a.m. and the car is still double parked and in the way and they took long to answer the phone the guy sounded like he was asleep and bothered by my call all i got was a ill send a guy over to u now but whats the point now if im already on my way to work i would leave a negative star if i could but sadly a 1 star is all i can leave horrible service
My car broke down tonight in the middle of the nastiest, winter storm. Mario, the tow truck driver jumped the battery and got it restarted. I was nervous it might stall again and he was kind enough to follow me home. Thank goodness he did bec it stalled again. He waited to tow the car until my son could pick me up. I am so, so grateful and cannot recommend you guys high enough.
