Spoke to David 10/27/24 and he advised he would be by around 5-5:30 pm.
6:15 pm rolls around, no call or text, (and he had my info because I texted it to him early in the day when we spoke after an awesome conversation about God) so I call and he advised he "went out to dinner", apologized that he didn't call and said he was still coming; so, we stood by.
7:08 pm I text that I need to know what is going on because my husband gets up for work at 5 am, (reiterated) does demolition and drives a truck and was getting tired. No response.
7:38 pm I sent another text advising that I thought maybe he changed his mind and that I needed to hear back from him or we would have to go with someone else.
7:41 pm he called me back and we arranged he'd be by at 5:30 pm today (the next day, 10/28/24). In that conversation, he asked me to confirm when my husband was on his way home from work so everything would go as planned.
10/28/24, I confirmed at 3:55 pm, as requested, that my husband was on his way home and David texted me back that he'd be here at 5:30 pm.
My husband came home, we ate dinner swiftly, and he unloaded the car in preparation for 5:30 pm. He even started it up so it'd be easier for David to drive onto his truck.
5:43 pm "No David". Once again, I called to see where he was/what was up and David sounded exhausted, advising he was "just about to leave Jackson" which is 45 mins to an hour away, if there's traffic.
At this point I called David on the carpet about not having the professionalism or consideration, as a brother (in Christ) because doing this two days in a row wasn't very nice.
He told me I could find someone else, so that's what I am going to do.
New tires, brakes, battery, etc., for $450 (!) was a good deal for him and he blew it by not having Christian humility to admit he was wrong and his "apology" was not one.
Do better.
Dave was amazing, easily one of the nicest guys i know and easily one of the best interactions i've had in a while, He is honest and upfront, we agreed on a price came the same day within the next 2 hours he paid me cash took the car and everything was smooth. Junk your car with Dave hes the man!
I would never recommend them to anyone after I gave david full description and the catalytic converter let them know it was replaced not the original still was promised$500 haggled & Left with only250 towe man try stealing items out of car Confronted and caught him Don't trust these people don't trust.

I made a few calls after doing a Google search, Dave had 5 Stars, so I decided to give him a call, it was a Saturday night and it was after 5 PM, so I thought I might get a service or a machine, which I would have been ok with
Dave answered my call was very polite & professional, we made the arrangements for the tow and so far I was agreeing with the 5 Star rating.
on Monday Everything went according to plan
I was texted to let me know that the driver could come to pick up the car , the truck arrived promptly and the driver was a complete gentleman. My overall experience with Dave & cash for my junk car was a solid 5 Stars.

Super easy, husband called, they texted back, got basic info and made an appointment at our convenience. When they got here, they looked over the vehicle and paid the agreed upon price. Then they loaded the vehicle up, quick and easy, the experience and employees were pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
