Boat captain was the nicest and most exceptional person I have dealt with in a really long time I would be proud to have him as a friend and you should be happy to have him as an employee.
We Had A great day tuna fishing all day 60 miles off shore. Just as we were ready to pickup and run in at 1:45 pm one engine wasn’t getting fuel. So we started in at 8-10 knots. Long story short after about nine hrs burning fuel like crazy now we were running critically low of fuel and the second engine started acting up after running wide open all that time.
We decided the best thing was to call tow boat and Capt Randy came and saved the night approximately 7 miles off shore. He towed us through the inlet like it was nothing!
Capt Randy hooked up and ran us through the bay like a pro. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Randy was such a tremendous help today. He helped us salvage the day going to LBI. I don’t know what we would’ve done without him and he was willing to take our boat all the way back to toms River if necessary thanks again Randy.

This is on behalf of a friend--Jon Anderson went above and beyond in getting this boat out, in extreme weather conditions. The drive would not go up and Jon spent upward of 20 minutes trying to fix it, after the tow was completed.

Boat US provided top notch service to my distressed boat. Randy was knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job in getting us safely ashore while taking care of our boat.
Randy came to our rescue via Boat US. We were fuelless even though our gauge read 64%. He gassed us up with enough to get us to the 24 hour fuel dock. Super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. When in need he’s the dude indeed!
Our boat broke down in the bay and we had Boat Us tow us in. But Randy was awesome he tried to figure our issue but then had to bring us in. So knowledgeable and docking us was a breeze. Recommend if you need them.

We had Harrison robert respond when the boat ran outta gas. He brought us fuel and made sure the boat started before he left. He was awesome and very helpful.
I broke down on beach haven west . I called boat u s. Dispatch was very good he got my location and told me I would be getting a call from John. He called me under 5 minutes was at my location in under 10 minutes. Towed me with out incident . Had some elderly passengers helped me get them off the boat. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I will highly recommend boat u s too all my friends who have boats. From break down to getting towed to dock under a hour.
Kept me updated for ETA of tow operator navigated nicely, maneuvered my boat properly into slip and remained to help tie up my vessel. Randy was kind on time and remained at Dock to help me tie the boat up
It was a very unfortunate day for me out on the boat but I want to thank TowBoat US Beach Haven for there quick response to get my boat back up and sea worthy.I’m so glad I bought the membership. What to thank Chuck and the rest of the guys that helped get it back up.Great job Thank you again
Had to get my 33’ towed across the bay to be hauled out and Tow Boat Beach Haven did a great job. Confirmed a pickup time, arrived right on time and took the boat from my dock to the waiting travel lift across the bay perfectly and met the boat at the receiving site to ensure a successful unload. Very stress free experience as the boat owner, well done.
So grateful for Annie, Tom and the rest of the Crew that helped us. The communication was great, showed up promptly, and advised us on what would be best for everyone in the situation. Raised, pumped out and towed the boat to a local ramp. Something that I thought was going to take all day took just a few hours. Thanks for all that you did for us!
Captain Tom and Annie did a first rate job communicating when they were coming, confirming , our location and even had dog treats for our dog. Does not get any better!
