I set my day up for pick up and the driver was in constant contact with me until he arrived. I showed my credentials and he gave me my check. Great experience. I informed car power steering just went out but it drives. Gave me a fair offer and towed away. Going to be used for parts. I had an extra car already so it made no sense to keep paying insurance and registration. Hopefully car parts will help others. Best!
I was told I would be given $984 from the people that gave the quote Wheelzy They said they would be giving me cash when they came. They gave me a check for $525 sealed in the envelope scams don’t use them.

Choose Modern Day to recycle my 2010 Ford Flex. These guys gave me the highest price out of five different places I called. Plus they worked with my schedule for picking the vehicle up at my house. Also the driver was super nice and right on time. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Scheduled pickup window of about 3 hours, 11-2. I received a call right around 11 to let me know that they were en route. I received a phone call when they arrived. I met with a man who talked to me for a minute, looked around my car and took some photos of the car, then handed my money a few minutes later after talking with someone on the phone. The whole thing was surprisingly simple.
I was nervous about the whole thing, but overall it was a very quick and easy experience for me, within 10 minutes of the tow truck arriving I had my money and was back inside my apartment. Staff was generally pleasant, and I appreciated the fact they kept me updated with time estimates.
Quick and friendly, tow truck driver was very nice. Was a little bummed to get an email from Modern Day several days after selling it to Modern Day, offering $50 more than the initial quote they gave (and paid) me, but oh well.
