Had my car repaired by D&m. Had to go back 3 times because the windshield wipers kept malfunctioning.Now in less than a year i need new struts with less than 10k miles when struts are supposed to average 80k! Told me to go back to my insurance???! Try Greco. Never had any issues with them.

I was referred to D&M Auto Body by two individuals and it was the best experience I have ever had with car repairs. I can now honestly say - the referrals were spot on - they are the best. From the moment I was walking in the door - they were extremely friendly - one of the estimators opened and held the door open as I entered and the two ladies at the front desk were also friendly and professional. I completed all my business with Bob and he went out of his way to make it a very pleasant experience - They were able to make the repairs I needed in this case while I waited and did an absolute great job. I hope I never have to return to D&M, however if the need arises they will be the only auto body place I consider - They are the best and I wish there were more stars to give them. Kudos to Bob and the ladies at the desk for treating people as they should be treated.

Just got my car back yesterday for being in shop 3 weeks for a deer accident; they kept in touch often to let me know about car and apologized for taking long on parts. Amazing! Brought my car in on Monday and they had my car done by Friday. They cleaned it and made it look amazing when I picked it up. They also gave me a free T-shirt! Highly recommend them!!

Amazing workmanship. My Tesla Model Y rear bumper and panel got damaged backing up into a rock wall. Looks as if it never happened. Great job. Apparently this place is one of the few places that can repair Teslas. Thank you for your help Shannon, you’re a doll !

My Tesla 3 was hit by a shopping cart and one of the rear bumper sensors got knocked into the bumper. Took it for an estimate and Nicky was so helpful! Went back today and waited for the car to be fixed, took only 2 hours and she kept the final cost the same as the estimate! Very happy with this place and would highly recommend.

Super nice to deal with and did an excellent job on my Tesla. Like it's brand new. and they were nice enough to store my car for a few weeks while I was away and they could work at their own pace. Highly Recommend!!!

I went to D&M because of the great reviews and wasn't disappointed!!! Bob looked at my side bumper and tapped it back into place, then went in and got a few screws to further secure it for good measure. Done in 10 minutes and at no cost. WOW! I can see with the family atmosphere of this company why employees stay for 10, 25 and 30 years.

I brought my car in due to an issue with my bumper. I had never been here before but it was close to work and I needed attention to my car immediately. Bob kindly fit me in and was able to service my car for no charge. He gave advice for future repairs needed. Very grateful for the kindness and service.

What a professional organization. About a year ago my daughter hit a deer and nearly totaled her Tesla Model Y. The concern was where we would take the car and ultimately found D&M. From the very start we were taken care of promptly and very professionally. All my questions were answered and we received regular updates on the progress of the repairs. Even further just recently we received a very nice letter to check in with us that I feel is extremely professional and not many companies take the time to do. Highly recommend these guys for any of your repair work.

This place was wonderful. I got in within 2 weeks for the work on my car to get done after I was hit by another driver and I got a great estimate. Bob worked on my car and was done incredibly fast and did a great job. Great place I recommend!

What a great experience from start to finish. While I hope you never need body work on your car, know that the team at D&M will handle it professionally from the first call to the completion of the work. I had a chrome strip that needed replacing on my X5 BMW, and I did not want to deal with a dealership repair. Literally from the first website submission through my pick up, I was communicated with clearly and transparently. Yes, it was a costly repair, but such is life with a BMW sometimes!

Excellent service. I booked an appointment, didn't have to wait long to be seen, had my car inspected and was able to be out in no time. Nicky was super helpful and it was evident she knew what she was talking about and I was in good hands. Highly recommend.

Can I just say, D&M Auto Body made the experience of getting my car repaired, the BEST, worst experience ever. I think we can all agree that having something go wrong with your car is terrible and we’d all rather NOT do it, but if I had to do it again, D&M is the only place I’d go from here on out. In a haze of grief from losing a friend the week prior, I backed my brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson into a parking garage support beam, basically ripping the mirror off the door. That night I did some research on auto body shops in the area and I’m so glad I found D&M. Every aspect of working with D&M, from getting the estimate to picking up my fully repaired car today, was pleasant and seamless. The website not only has information about the services they offer, what the repair process is, their team and history, but also has information that was super useful as a general customer like FAQs, consumer rights information, how to manage the insurance claims process, and even information on things your insurance company can and can’t do. The customer service was absolutely immaculate. My appraiser Dave, pretty much held my hand through the entire process and did so with patience and grace. I’m not ashamed to admit that I had NO idea what I was doing, and he quickly and kindly answered all my emails, took all my calls, and answered every question I had, especially those concerning the claims process because Progressive wasn’t very clear at ALL in what they needed. Shannon at the front desk, would periodically check in and give me updates on what was happening with the car and the progress they were making (or not) with Progressive, and was just a pleasure to speak to. The repair is flawless and was done SO quickly. I got the call that my car was ready only a week and 2 days after they’d let me know that they could begin the repairs! If you look at my car you wouldn’t even know that the door needed to be replaced. It looks exactly like it does when I drove it off the lot in September. Everything is functioning as it should. They even detailed the inside of the car, gave her a wash, and blessed me with a complimentary t-shirt and keychain. Immaculate. Customer. Service!! D&M has a customer for life …that is as long as they’re willing to have me lol. I know Progressive isn’t the best to deal with. If you’re having any questions or doubts about who should repair your car, look no further because D&M will take good care of you!

I can’t recommend D&M enough. They’re so professional and do a thorough job! My car is my baby and when it took a little longer to repair than expected, Bob in the shop called me with updates and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Highly recommend and would use again! Was sent here by my insurance and they were outstanding. They coordinated everything directly with my insurance and the rental company so I didn’t have to do a thing. They were honest, up front with their estimates and delays, and communicated with me throughout the process so I was up to date. They also were very accommodating with me and worked around my long delay of picking up my car due to travel. Can’t go wrong here!

I got my car repaired here for free! My Toyota Camry got hit in the rear bumper. The lower cover of my rear bumper was detached. I have never been to any Body shops before. And this is my first time visiting body shops. I came to D&M Auto Body around noon on 5/20/2022. This is the third body shop that I have visited. The first 2 body shops that I visited estimated around $1,000 dollars and three days to get my car fixed. Both of them told me that they couldn’t re-attach my rear bumper cover and I needed to buy a new one. When I arrived at D&M Auto Body, I told the lady that I just wanted to know how much it may cost to get my car fixed. No one asked for my registration or insurance which I experienced at the other two body shops. An engineer was immediately available and came with me to check my car. I asked the engineer if he could just re-attach my rear bumper cover. He started working on it immediately. During the repairing process, he went back to the garage several times to bring different kinds of tools. He didn’t try to sell me anything and even didn’t talk to me while he was focusing on repairing my car. It took him around half hour to re-attach the cover. I was trying to give him some cash as a “thank you” because he has saved me $1,000 dollars and potential car rental fee. He refused and told me that I can bring his team some donuts if I want. I will definitely come back and bring the team some donuts. I will make D&M Auto Body my only go-to place for any car repairing needs in future. It is amazing that I have found a place where they just want to get your car fixed instead of making money!

Just picked up my Red Tesla from D & M Auto Body in Rockaway. My car looks like New! Many Thanks to Nicky, Shannon & ALL the guys who made it look as good as when I drove it home 2 years ago. Everyone was professional, put up with my questions, & Nicky let me wait until parts arrived from Tesla, (which took awhile) before bringing it in for Repair. That made it a lot easier for me, as my car was drivable. Got a D & M Tee shirt too! Plus, they found my lost leather glove, which I thought I dropped at the mall! If YOU need your car repaired, bring it to the guys@D & M, and they will make it look brand New! ???

Once you see the repair facility and meet with your estimator you know that this bodyshop would rebuild your vehicle to its factory standard. Representing your customer needs rather than the corporate insurance industry. Waiting for my car to be fixed. Amazing job on my car. Using proper technical specification. Tesla experts! Super easy to work with and coordinated great with my insurance. You could never tell there was a dent on the fender before, their work is top notch. They actually fixed some panel alignment issues too, which is awesome. Top notch work. Definitely would recommend them, especially for Tesla owners!

Such an amazing Auto Body shop. From the front desk to the mechanics. This is simply a phenomenal establishment. I've been using D&M for years now when needed. They are honest, hard working. sincere and go the extra mile to ensure their customer's are always satisfied. I recently brought my car in for a dent on the driver's side. It's like it never happened. The dent is gone. The paint looks absolutely amazing. I would absolutely never go anywhere else. D&M Auto Body really did a great job repairing my Audi. The entire staff is friendly and professional. There were a couple of VERY minor imperfections when I picked up the car, but they fixed everything right away. Sean was amazing! A real perfectionist. The work took a day longer than originally promised, but it was worth the wait. The paint job was first-class. The car looks like new again! Hopefully, I will never have to use them again, but it's great to know that I can count on top quality workmanship if I ever need them in the future. I would definitely recommend D & M Auto Body to anyone needing auto body repair work.
