Fantastic Service. Had some calls back and forth discussing time and availability. We only had to repair the bolster on the driver's seat of my car(cloth interior), where the foam was worn, and part of the seam was ripped and had been sewn by hand just to keep it shut. (Pictures are before, video is after) Done in under 2 hours, very reasonable price, and just incredible service.

100.0% absolutely thrilled with the work done. 2004 330Ci had detached seat back panels, driver and passenger--a known issue on these models. Danny took an initial inspection, advised on clips necessary, and the work required. Then the work was done to spec: no short-cuts no quick fixes. Both seats removed, upholstery re-glued as necessary, and panels re-attached. It's factory spec at this point. Fantastic workmanship. D&R is great resource to have when maintaining the interior of an older car. Any other upholstery problems, or any interior items I need a consult on, I'll be back.

My reliable Subaru Outback had a rip in the driver seat outer edge. D&R expertly and perfectly repaired the ripped panel same day. The seat looks like new and they matched the tan leather exactly. It wasn't a patch job. The entire panel was professionally replaced. It was an easy and "seamless" repair. Highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly. Brought them an atv seat to get fixed up. Charged me a very fair price. Decided to go a bit further and changed the color and they went up and beyond what I asked and made sure I was satisfied with the end result.

My car seat was stained with ink. They replaced the bottom part and it looks perfect . They did the job in one day . Very nice and professional. Priced reasonably. I recommend this place to anyone that expect a job well done. They do not accept credit cards. Bring cash or check.

I wanted to put seat covers on my new car to protect the interior... I drive a lot, and am constantly beating up the seats and arm rest...D&R is a local Morris County business.. I called for some information, where I spoke to Rich, one of the owners, who was friendly and very knowledgeable.. I brought my car over, and Dan, the other owner, showed me how he would do the installation...I had started to install the covers myself, but I had missed a couple of important steps that made a huge difference in the appearance and functionality... The estimate was very reasonable, and luckily, I was able to leave them the car immediately.. One day later, I picked it up and it looks fantastic..even my wife and coworkers were surprised how well it turned out.. This was a lucky find, and I will 100% recommend them going forward. It is great to find people today who take pride in their work and do a quality job at a fair price... Thank you Rich and Dan!

I brought them my 2019 MINI to have worn/cracked sections in the driver's seat repaired. They are easy to work with and have a great deal of experience. I appreciated that they presented me with more than one repair option to choose from. The work was completed as promised and the panels and stitching are a perfect match. I would bring any future repairs to them, and recommend D&R to anyone needing repairs or entirely new fabrication.

Fantastic service! Richie replaced the leather on my driver's seat in my 2017 Toyota Camry and it looks brand new and matches the rest of the car's upholstery exactly! The leather was ripped, and there was a blue stain from denim jeans. That is all gone now and replaced. I will definitely recommend him to anyone! I have posted 4 of the Before photos, followed by 2 of the After photos. As only the "butt" part of the seat was repaired and the leather replaced, you can see in the leather matches the rest of the seat exactly!

Outstanding repair, renewal, and waterproofing of my pontoon boat cover! See the before and after photo comparison of the Bimini cover and the boat cover. Absolutely amazing! Now off to D&R to get the Bimini cover cleaned and repaired that I forgot to bring originally. ;-)

I would strongly recommend D&R to anyone looking to get their upholstery repaired or replaced. I brought my 1999 Miata with a new soft top in the box to the shop yesterday afternoon, and got it back this morning with the new top installed. I was even assisted during the process of selecting the soft top over the phone to ensure I chose the best quality option that suited my needs. I have never seen my car look so fresh! Quality work, amazing communication & customer service, and great prices.

Quality work at a fair price. These guys did an awesome job repairing the driver seat of my Subaru that had begun to peel and crack. They were quick and literally a fraction of what others charge for non quality garbage material. I highly recommend D&R, if I ever have any other issues I know who I'm calling!

It was for a car but we know boats and believe they would do a fantastic job on them too!

I was so impressed with the service and the work at D&R! Richie and Danny knew exactly what do to to fix my ripped car seat and make it look like new. They had the materials on hand and repaired it quickly while I waited. They also were waiting for me when I got there and started right away. Friendly and knowledgable staff. No one else seemed even close to being as familiar with my 1983 Chrysler Lebaron top. A different shop completely butchered my top replacement and Richie and his team saved the day. I didn't know a top could look that good!

Found D&R Auto & Boat Upholstery during an online search after I found a small tear in the driver’s seat of my car. The reviews were fantastic so I had confidence in moving forward with having the work done here. Upon meeting Richie, he immediately put me at ease and reassured me that they could closely match the color and grain of the seat material and unique orange-red colored thread trim to my car that would be very close to the original upholstery. The price was reasonable, especially when compared to what it would cost for them to obtain the materials from Subaru, which would have been double the cost! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to have upholstery work. Richie and his son Dan are very professional, pleasant, patient, and reassuring.

Great work at an affordable price! The rear window of my convertible became detached from the roof. Rich was very professional and punctual. He explained all the options available to me. Ultimately, I decided to have the window be re-attached. Rich did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the finished product.

Our company used D&R Auto and Boat several times in the past, and were very satisfied with their repairs. That being said, I wanted to replace a set of seat covers from my 1968 SS Chevelle (Classic show car). I spoke to Rich and arranged to bring both bucket seats to him. A week later, I pick up the seats which were outside in the sun. Both seats were hot to the touch, I brought them home and installed them back into my garage kept car. A week later, I went to use the car and was shocked to see both seats were distorted with lumps and wrinkles on both the seat and the seat backs. I spoke to Rich the next day and drove car to his shop. This is when I became even more frustrated. Instead of standing behind his work, his solution to the wrinkled seats was to keep the car in the sun to relax the material and in time he said it will be fine. Not only am I out over $800.00, but my Chevelle interior is not in the pristine condition that it should be and I need to seek further assistance from a different professional to fix his shoddy workmanship. I can't speak highly enough about the boat cover Richie made me. First, he was a great person do deal with. It's rare you find such a good guy to work with. He met me after hours to drop the boat, and was both kind and knowledgeable. On his recommendation I went with a single piece water proof (not water resistant) cover with vent and adjustable poles. This came out so much better than the cockpit and bow cover it originally had. His work was high quality and very well priced. He even replaced a bunch of snaps and tethers on the hull for me. Often times you are told: Quick, Cheap, Quality, pick 2. Well Richie hit all three. A great cover in under a week for a very good price. I boat on Lake Hopatcong but came here and couldn't have had a better experience. I will be back in the future for sure.

Richie and his team did a fantastic job building a new custom snap-on cover and re-upholstering the back deck pad for our 2001 18' Searay. He was very responsive, texted him pictures and had an estimate within the hour. He finished all the work in less than a week, but not losing an ounce of quality! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom boat covers or seat repairs.
