From the initial phone call to pick up- my experience was seamless!! I called and spoke with Rob who was very pleasant and assured me all my requests would be looking into. Dropped off my van the following morning. A couple hours later I was called and Bryan let me know the status. At the end of that same day, my van was finished and back to work! I used Bryan's shop in a different way than most. I own an auto repair shop in another town and needed emergency ADAS calibration done for a customer's vehicle before they left on a long trip. I called Bryan, and within the same day he sent someone over and got it taken care of. I was having a big problem finding a mechanic that could work on my Saab. Brian at Wall Automotive was recommended as a good mechanic that might be able to help. Brian made one promise, he would troubleshoot the problem as soon as the car arrived. Within 24 hours, he called to say he was unable to fix the problem and a Saab specialist would be required. We found a specialist, Brian explained the situation to him, and then to my surprise didn’t charge me for any of his time. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was accessible, communicative, and courteous. His goal was to get my car fixed regardless of who did it.
I am not the best at scheduling timely service for my vehicle and often stop at the shop at the last minute. However, the crew is extremely professional and very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to assist me in any service that my car is required. Highly recommend this shop for great service and most importantly great care for your vehicle!!!!
