It took an hour and a half to make a simple oil change! Nothing more than an oil change. I made a reservation at 3:30(Checked in by 3:15) and I did not get out of the place until after 5:00. There wasn’t anything wrong with the car, no tire rotation, no other fluids changed. It should not take that long.

By far, the nicest staff I ever encountered. They helped me and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Firestone now has a customer for life!!

I booked an oil change through your online system because the appointment time showed as available. Shortly after, I was contacted by a staff member who told me there was “no way” the oil change could be done. If that’s true, then don’t offer the time slot online. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and seemed more interested in getting me to cancel than actually helping. That’s unacceptable customer service. If you don’t intend to honor appointments you list as available, you shouldn’t be taking them. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service, did not want to honor the website price and insisted that the service costed more. Told me that maybe I shouldn’t go through with the service, but the car came out 10 minutes later completed. Very weird.

Unfortunately our car battery died and I called Firestone to see what our options were. I spoke to Jim and immediately felt better about a stressful situation. Jim explained everything thoroughly and was very empathetic during the whole call. We dropped our car off right before they closed at 7PM. Jim told us they would work on our car first thing in the morning and that is exactly what they did. We got a new battery and got our car back by 7:30am the next morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better turn around time and experience. Jim met us with kindness and professionalism throughout the whole process. Thank you Jim and the Firestone team!

Jim was absolutely amazing. He was kind. He knew what he was talking about and got us the help needed in a short notice and had us in and out within an hour. We will definitely be going there again!

Needed a brake repair asap and I had no appointment. Store manager, Liberty, took me in. Gave me a full assessment of needed repairs and costs. Vehicle was done same day. She applied a discount and I put the bill on my FS card, 6 months interest free. Happy customer! Thanks Liberty/Firestone !!

This Firestone has the nicest most helpful people. I went in at 7am because I had a hole in my tire, and Sarah at the front was so kind and helpful! She worked to get my car on the schedule and done quickly, as I did not have an appointment. She was so incredible and sweet. Thank you to Sarah and all the staff and mechanics that helped fix my car!!

This place is always reliable when I'm in need to replace my tires or ANY service they provide. I am always impressed and the staff are phenomenal!!!!!!!

Cesar was very helpful. Called me multiple times whenever something changed. Very informative, appreciated that. They were able to take care of the car right away and then had to order a part for the next day. Very good service.

Got my Volkswagen fixed here under Silver Rock Warranty through a Carvana purchase. One of the older guys at the front desk was super rude but I ended up dealing with Cesar who was much better to converse with. Only problem here was the rude service and one of my lug nut covers was missing when I got my car back, not a huge deal but my review reflects that.

Best place in town for an oil change and a tuneup. Pls see Scott. He was very professional and recommended to look into a battery issue and an oil leak. Both fixed on the same day. Please visit them if your car needs any love. Thx/ag💯

I had a great experience at this shop! They were fast, professional, and incredibly reliable. From the moment I brought my car in, the team was honest about what needed to be done and got everything fixed quicker than I expected. No upselling or unnecessary delays just solid work at a fair price. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future service. Highly recommended! Liberty was an amazing help as well, she was very respectful, well spoken, and knowledgeable.

I had an appointment scheduled at Firestone for 5:00 PM for a wheel alignment on my 2022 Honda Pilot. When I arrived, I was told the technician was not available for wheel alignment and that I should have called ahead—even though I already had an appointment confirmed. This is not the first time this has happened. If the technician is unavailable, I don’t understand why appointments are still being scheduled. At the very least, Firestone should call customers to reschedule or cancel so we don’t waste time traveling to the shop. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to show up for a confirmed appointment only to be turned away. I expect better communication and reliability from a company like Firestone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not aggressive at all informed me of my vehicle suggestions and recommendations and broke everything down for me. Will be back for the work soon!

Great service, friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Had a flat tire while traveling through town and they were more than accommodating in getting us going as quickly as possible.

Have been a costumer of Firestone in Budd Lake for years, never had an issue. I have replaced my tires and brakes of my 2020 Nissan Rogue in the past and I go regularly for oil change as is close to my job. Went yesterday for the usual oil change and filter, and I told the guy at the reception if they could just take a look of the brakes as I was hearing a noise when hitting the pedal, nothing else. After like an hour he came to me showing a list of repair my car needed, for a total of $2.245, some of them "urgent". Mind you, I never asked them to check those things. I said right now I can't but I'll take care of it, and I only needed an oil change. I paid $101 and left. By the time I get to the highway I start hearing a noise from the bottom front, I thought was a truck near me on the other lane. Today my car is sounding like an helicopter, I don't know what they did to my car, and for sure I won't be back there never again. Now I have to take it to another mechanic not knowing what's going on and how much it will cost me. Not professional at all. It's because of people like this that for us women, is a nightmare go to fix our cars

I 100 % would recommend this Firestone to anyone. Liberty handle my situation without delay and hour before they were closing. I was in an emergency situation and had 3 shops just turn me down. Liberty took care of me and was happy in helping me. They didn't care that it was close to closing for the day. I would highly recommend this firestone.

I was in need for new tires for my Charger WB and was looking for solid advice on which tires would offer the most grip, fit, and overall best option. The staff at Budd Lake Firestone were exactly what I was hoping for and the manager I worked with was great in helping me find the right set of tires. I was in and out with a new set of tires and corrected alignment in a few hours and the tires have been perfect for my vehicle. Furthermore, the manager helped find several discounts available to me, which put me under budget! 10/10 recommend.

When I received my truck back after a brake service, (I didn't receive a complete service on their first try, mind you. They put me in a dangerous position as a requested brake line flush was not completed as requested) I couldn't help but notice the amount of dirt on different areas of my truck. Also, why would there be automotive fluids on a box behind my passenger seat. Makes me wonder. Take a look at the photos please.
