Terrible service so far my car got stuck on navy property tracks and they called these people to come tow my car out. Keep in mind my car was still drivable just had a flat tire. The tow guy was very rude and they refused to let me drive my car away once they got it off the tracks even tho both the police and navy police said I could drive it off if I wanted to and I even offered to pay them for getting my car off tracks but the tow guy said to me that I had to pay 400 something dollars to get my car dropped off where it was I am so outraged. Then after I was forced to walk to the train station I tried calling to ask about my car and the guy was extremely rude told me I had to wait till morning so basically I was stranded over an hour and had to take the train to where I live. Very unfair they could have worked with me. Sucks that this is what the world is coming to. One of the worsts parts is that I have triple A so that tow could have been completely free but instead I’m stuck with a huge bill. I also called back 10 times to ask if my car was damaged and to get my keys for my house back since they took my car key and my house keys where attached to that car key ring. They did not answer so I was forced to sleep outside on the ground outside my apartment also they didn't even let me check to see if there was more damage than just the tire. Since they have not answered after telling me I had to wait till tomorrow. I am an uber driver and really need my car and am struggling as it is and I just wish that these people could be more helpful in a time of need. Like this. It’s just unbelievable to me that they say they are open 24 hours but can’t answer the phone.
This shop has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My sister and I were told we could have her car picked up the following morning. The employee who we spoke to on Saturday which was the following morning was very rude and made it impossible to have my car picked up. The employee first said I could have it towed and once my tow truck operator was in route the same employee told me he didn't have anyone to meet the driver at the shop. He was very disrespectful and lacked professionalism. I was charged for storage even though I was told I couldn't pick my vehicle up. The owner called to buy a nice review. (Yes Buy).. Overall Am/PM AUTO body of Port Monmouth NJ was a very bad experience. Now that I have made this review you choose to try and insult me .. Perfect. That's exactly how you do business. Very nasty .. Amazing service. My impound was due to an accident, but I was having many road blocks along the way to figure out what to do with this car, and every option seemed like a dead end, until I talked to Steve. He calmed me down, assured me he would help, and he did. It has not been an easy year for me and Steve did what he could to help me out and I will forever appreciate it. Thank you to Steve and the whole crew!
My Mustang MachE battery completely went dead (car all systems at fault) during a very cold weather while I parked it at our Employee garage with clearance of only 6.6ft.
AM/PM were my service provider and they managed to tow my car in a very difficult situation despite wintery day and on Christmas Eve. Since Im not present at the site, they updated me of progress until completion. Thank you AMPM towing, service beyond 5 stars
So my impound was a special case with an arrest and the shop was very accommodating with the release and paperwork as it was a very stressful situation. They did everything in their power to help make the situation a little easier and smooth flowing. Steven who answered the phone was also very professional and courteous to the situation at hand. I am very grateful and glad they were the ones who impounded the vehicle
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Steve and Joe were both amazing. They were so professional and compassionate. They advised me every step of the way how to handle the process with insurance and rental. Kept me informed every step of way and made my BMW look brand new. They are not only experts but really nice guys too! I highly recommend them.
My Car was towed here after my husband had an accident in Middletown. I was a bit skeptical because this was a company I never worked with. I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience. Joe helped me through a very long difficult process with State Farm. My vehicle was totaled and Joe helped with getting to an appraisal company to help get a fair payout for my vehicle. When I went to the facility to empty my vehicle, I felt like I was meeting an old friend who really took care of things in a time that was not fun! I could not give a better recommendation to anyone! I got into a small accident last year (but to the point I couldn’t drive my car safely) so am pm towing service came minutes later and towed my car. All the people that I came in contact with were very nice !! Would recommend
I originally called AM/PM for a tow to my dealership knowing I needed a new starter. They informed me that that they could replace my starter as well. So, after using dealership for years I decided to give it a shot! Joe and his team were very prompt/professional/and provided excellent service on my vehicle. My car is running great and I saved a lot of bucks! I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.
My 1971 Karmann Ghia had a leaky fuel line. I needed it towed to our VW mechanic in the Highlands. The flatbed tow truck came quickly with a great technician, Tommy, who took such care of this antique as the car was pulled onto the flatbed. Great towing service in the Monmouth County area!
I had body damage fixed and a side mirror replaced after an accident. Start to finish a positive experience. From the long distance tow, (the tow driver really deserves his own review; he was professional, stayed in communication en route providing updated ETA's, and let me know when the car arrived at the shop, but also he was a character! I laughed so much- so thanks to the tow guy, who took my bad moment and made it not so terrible) to the body shop's customer service, (I was regularly updated by professional and personable staff, I never had to reach out to them, Thanks Joe!), to the quality of service, (My car looks and feels brand new and BONUS, is way cleaner than when I gave it to them) they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work every step of the way. The smoothest dealings I have ever had with an auto body shop. Highly recommend and would use again. Thank you guys.
My car was towed to AM-PM Towing and Auto Body after my son was involved in an auto accident. Joe went well above and beyond by helping me through the process of filing an insurance claim and providing expertise in connecting me with an independent adjuster to maximize the amount I was reimbursed for the total loss of my car, a few thousand dollars above what the insurance company initially proposed. He was quick to respond, explained everything and his advice was invaluable.

While I went through this whole.process. Joe was quite familiar with the process and helped me every step of the way. He kept in contact with me during the whole ordeal which took about 2 months due to delays with my insurance company. Joe really made me feel special and a top priority of his.

They did some body work, painting, and ac repair on my car. I'd come back for any other work - the price was great, the work is quality, and the guys were courteous.

Had an accident on my way to work in the early morning hours, am pm response time to tow my car and me was the quickest I’ve ever experienced, driver was very friendly. at the shop the customer service by joe was top notch he was extremely helpful to me throughout the whole process, being this was my first accident and not knowing the process joe went above and beyond to help when I needed it when the insurance company couldn’t care less to help me I would never use another place again from a simple tow to repairing vehicles they are the best of the best thank you to joe and his staff
Honestly one of the best mechanics / bussinesss i have come across in a while . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED . owner and mechanics were very accommodating and professional . They helped me out more than i could ask for and explain everything to me . safe to say completely satisfied with their work . Steve and Joe were great to work with. My car was disabled after a wreck and they towed it and did an amazing job with the repair. They walked me through everything very patiently and were very responsive on the phone. They even cleaned the inside of my car! Highly recommend this shop.
OUTSTANDING JOB! My car was hit while parked late one night and AM-PM was quick to arrive to tow my vehicle to their facility for repair. Joe and Steve assessed every bit of damage done to the vehicle and kept me updated on the progress through the entire repair process. They were extremely professional, answered all my questions, and made sure the condition of my car was completely and meticulously restored to normal. They fought for me to ensure that OEM parts were approved by the insurance company to maintain the highest function and aesthetic of my car. They provide absolute quality work, as well as customer service and it shows. Upon completion of repairs they even had the car delivered right to my driveway (on a Saturday).
