OMG JOSE SAVED MY HINEY!!! I MADE A MAJOR BOO BOO and drove over a curb in Buffalo Wild Wings. I thought I was doomed I was literally see see sawing in the middle and the front where I was stuck was like a sand and my wheels kept spinning. Call Kelly's Towing there in less than a half an hour and got me out. I thought either I wasn't getting out or if I did my car was done for. He got me out and my car is still running fine! I am so grateful unbelievably! I was crying for an hour until I finally called them and he came and saved me thank you Kelly's and love you Jose !!! I wish I could add the pictures of the stupidity that I did lol.
These guys were great got my car unlocked and rolling in less than a half hour. If I’m ever locked out again no matter the amount of time I’m call them. I died on the hospital and for less then half a hound they helped me get my car back months later around the holidays and it didn’t take love. Can’t beat that!!! That’s to my new friend Jose. And my buddy Franco that came to my aid
About two weeks ago, my front tire popped and Jose helped me. I was very grateful for the help, he's the best person to call and have around.

My transmission blew at a very inopportune time. Kellys Towing came quickly, were very professional and towed my car at a very reasonable rate. My day was stressful, but thanks to Kelly's towing it was much less stressful then it could have been. If you need a tow I highly recommend using them.
I was at the Vet with our cats and came out to a very dead car battery. Jose was there in 30 minutes and handled everything for us because I had to get the cats home quick due to 90+ temperatures. Organized, reliable, responsible, secure. Would definitely recommend for any towing needs.
Kelly's Towing helped me at a bad time with my Enterprise Rental broke down. The Insurance company was taking so long to approve it was disgusting. But Jose didn't leave me there on the highway he waited 5 hours. I had to get a heirloom sentimental value in the car, I traveled with since 2001 in my car and Jose took me back to get it and drove me home on his way back to his station. Finally the Insurance approved his service cost. The insurance company are not the same, my insurance was insanely slow. As the payer to the Insurance company the customer has the right to request a Tow Company that has a history of Quality. I will never forget this time and I was grieving from my loss of a beautiful Life. Jose has a good heart. It was a good experience to witness kindness at that time when we live in a cold world.
This tow service is amazing. My car was stuck in a garage and many other tow companies came and refused to help or ding a solution. Kelly’s Towing went above and beyond in searching for a way to get my car out of a low parking structure from the second level so it could be towed. He spent a lot of time and found the solution. It is the way to run a business and he deserves everyone’s business. His prices were reasonable as well!!!
My BMW 540i died while I was getting gas. It wouldn't start and lights were flashing all over the dashboard, asking to insert a USB drive, etc. I thought it was the battery (5 years old) and called Kelly's to come and jump me. José showed up in 35 minutes and took command of the situation. After figuring out it was not the battery or the alternator, he reseted the car computer by unplugging the black negative cable on the battery and replugging it in a couple of minutes. Voilà, the car started and everything worked properly. Thank you José!

Kelly was honestly one of the best or might say the best towing person Ive ever came across with. Not only was he efficient but he was effective, called him and he immediately arrived within 15 minutes. I was traveling to a funeral and my car broke down. I live two hours away and had no idea what to do. I googled tow companies in the area near my car.
I called Kelly Towing as they had good reviews. I was alone and a female so I was out of my element as is.
Not only did the owner continue to call while I was waiting for my vehicle to be towed, but he had a mechanic place. (Where we live we don’t have mechanics on hand to help the same day).
From the owner to the tow company and their mechanic shop I was treated so professionally. They actually cared and my car was ready in four hours.
I cannot thank them enough making my already stressful day a lot better.

Wonderful service! I was stranded at 2am in Middletown and needed a tow to Newark. Someone answered right away. Got my location and destination . Provided a price and was on the way. Process was very easy and the tow driver was polite, courteous & got the job done!! Definitely made a horrible day with a broken down car ALOT easier. HIGHLY recommend!!

Kelly’s is easily the best tow service company around. Having an older model Audi gives most people a hard time due to the complicated design of the vehicle, Jose’s experience and professionalism quickly shined through and solved the issue! Even the freezing temperatures did not deter him from being extremely efficient. He will personally go above and beyond to get you out of any situation. They will always have my business!
If you have a Tesla or any electric vehicle definitely trust Kelly’s towing. They arrived in 45 minutes! Jose went above and beyond at 4 in the morning in freezing weather to tow my car even without the neutral mode accesible. José charged my battery to enable the cars computer and drove me to a charging point. Stayed with me the whole time until my vehicle was up and running. Jose had all the equipment to make this possible when no other tow company was around. I’ll am so grateful to this company and their employees.
