I picked up a used 98 pathfinder engine for $400 prepulled. It looked decent and was stored in shelter. At the point of handing over cash I was told 30 day warranty. I was told it should be good, they wouldn’t pull an engine and store if it’s suspect. I didn’t notice the receipt said ‘as is’ until I was 5 miles down the road. Cooked cake of oil in the valve train points to a serious overheat. Over the phone I was told the engine is ‘as is’ because originally I inquired about a Nissan quest engine. I understand they don’t want to be responsible for fitment issues. This is not about whether or not it fits, the engine is defective. It has clearly been cooked. I have not even tried to install it. Whether or not I originally wanted a quest engine is irrelevant
In b&b’s defense they haven’t seen the photos of oil in the valve train. They said no return based on a phone call. If they see this review and honor the verbal warranty I’ll post an update. It’s a bum engine and they are using the quest/pathfinder thing as an excuse.
I bought a utility trailer at a fair (not great) price. Owner is the most cranky, difficult retail person I’ve ever dealt with. Knows his stuff, but refused to take 10 minutes to drive to his bank (1 block away) or send a staff person so I could have bill of sale notarized. Now I can’t register the trailer.
The owner is quite rude and short tempered. However, if you leave that aside, finding parts for a car is quite easy as they have a large lot with many cars, and they'll most likely offer a great price. Never buy a car from here, though only parts.
It is excellent for all kinds of parts and services needed with extremely reasonable and affordable prices and I like it that they're there 6 days a week and whatever you need they're very accommodating
He'll tell you that they have it even if they don't. It's obvious why. Lying comes easy, but don't waste your money on these guys. You'll be put on a field trip till you realize they don't have what you're looking for, despite them saying that it's available an hour before arriving and despite the part being listed online... I only wasted my time and money renting a home depo truck to pick up the part.
My car was half way into a ditch on a rainy night. The towing service came quickly to help and my car was lifted out without any issues. When they made a mistake with the price they called the next day and gave me a refund. I’m truly grateful for the service and treatment.
If i could give a zero star i would. I went to pick up a transmission as i told the staff i would be coming on Saturday. I got there and gave them a call and they sold it to someone else that same day. How do you have a customer tell you they are on the way to pick up a part and sell it out from under them.
im a costumer there for many years & they are very nce people w respect... i dnt know wat other people think about them, but good cars & good parts..... thatz all i got for y'all.......

My parents vehicle was towed to this place from an accident location. They have been there three time to sign the so called vehicle release form in last 4 weeks and its about a 6 weeks now they are still saying to Geico and us that they do not have any signed release form. This business is taking an advantage of customer situation and language barrier.
Maybe it wasn't my day? But the guy at the front was rude to me! I have a complaint with these guys... I called them that day and an hour before I came they said that the parts I'm looking for need to be checked at the office, so I have to come to them and check it's together, so my drive time was about an hour for them, and after I came in, this frontman was not nice at all! he said that they never had these parts in the yard and didn't even want to hear from me any arguments that I called them an hour ago and they have a different answer.
I understand everyone has their own problems, but if you work with clients, you must at least be nice to them! if you not nice to me im will be not nice to you either !
Terrible place to do business. Business hours list the place closes at 5. Spoke to the owner regarding a compressor I needed at 4:04 tells me to hurry up as they are closing soon. Told him 20 minutes and I got there in 19 rushing all the way there. Upon arriving he is sitting in his car asks me how can I help you. I notified him of who I am tell me we're closed that's why I told you to hurry up. No apologies, no consideration for my time, all arrogant I don't give an ef attitude. We own 4 dealerships, 2 repair shops and a body shop. Will definitely share my experience with everyone.
No opinion. Picked up my buddy who dropped his clunker off their for 400 bucks. Place seems very busy as they have cats for sale and junked cars for parts
Skip this place for sure. Staff at the front desk are always grumpy and rude. Most of the time the prices for parts are outrageous. I did get lucky once and got a good deal but skip this place
As for having the parts I needed, they're great. I didn't have to go and take the parts out. Maybe you should call and ask if they can get your part out as well. Very friendly people, quick in and out. The price is decent enough.
*WARNING DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE* They are not good people they sold my girlfriend a lemon car a acura mdx 2005 they told us the trans was brand new. Come to find out right after we left the car lot we drove on the parkway and the car start shaking after you hit 60mph then a month later we find out the transmission is no good. We had the car for 2 months and now the motor seized yesterday so now we are without a vehicle if they dont fix the problem today we are definitely going through all the strains to sue them.
I brought it from you car lot I have witnesses people who where with me at the time I brought y is the car on you lot if its not from your lot that makes no sense yall will be hearing from us and the courts I know all about the lemon law now see you in court.
Driver came to impound my truck and showed no respect for my truck at all. He did a burnout infront of the Cops with it and loaded it the wrong way on the flat bed.
